基于BS模式的企业车间生产管理系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology, manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, diversification of the market, increasingly personalized customer demand, its production mode gradually turned to the production of a small number of varieties. The current production management process of the enterprise workshop is mainly completed by manual work, which not only leads to low working efficiency, but also often results in mistakes, which delays the production cycle and quality of the products. How to make better use of the modern advanced methods and management means, so that the overall management level of the company has become the top priority of the development of current manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, the design and implementation of workshop production management system is of considerable practical significance. The system is developed by using MyEclipse programming platform, using real cross-platform Java technology as the foundation, using ORACLE database as the backstage database in the data storage management and server, which provides the guarantee for the data security and the stable running of the program. The effective application and operation of workshop production management system are realized. The system is divided into two modules: production task management and workshop job management. The production task management module can then be divided into task acceptance and delivery, material management, direct transfer management, DC handover management, workshop management, Workshop work module includes work center man-hour management, workshop job plan management, job assignment plan, report of completed work order, process outsourcing management, process handover management and so on. As long as the user simply inputs the information of the production link, the following whole process can be completed through the system structure.
