ABC公司企业信息门户平台的设计与开发

【摘要】：该企业为大型上市公司,有近万名员工,并且已经建设了财务、CRM、OA、ERP等系统,但缺乏统一的信息门户(EIP),无法有效的对各个系统之间的信息进行聚合,并且用户使用各个系统的时候需要打开不同的页面,每次均输入用户名、密码非常不便。本课题中,根据总体目标,利用信息规划理论、方法和工具对用户进行访谈,梳理并确定业务层、管理层、决策层各级用户的信息应用需求,确定办公相关的各应用系统的主要功能模型、数据模型和流程图,构建公司的信息门户系统体系结构模型。研究过程中采用了微软.NET技术以及SharePoint软件,以及SQL Server的数据库。在此基础上开发一站式应用中心,提供流程中心接入、报表中心、信息中心、文档中心、交流中心、业务中心等应用,这些应用采用统一的接口规范和外部系统集成。经过一年的设计、开发工作,该系统已按既定目标开发完成,为企业提供了标准化的门户平台,实现统一界面、统一入口、统一待办、统一授权管理,初步实现协同办公效果。
[Abstract]:The company is a large listed company, has nearly 10,000 employees, and has built financial, CRM,OA,ERP and other systems, but the lack of a unified information portal (EIP), can not effectively aggregate the information between the various systems, And users need to open different pages when using each system, each time input user name, password is very inconvenient. In this paper, according to the overall goal, we use the information planning theory, methods and tools to interview the users, and sort out and determine the information application needs of the users at all levels of business, management and decision-making. The main function model, data model and flow chart of office related application system are determined, and the information portal system architecture model of the company is constructed. In the process of research, Microsoft. Net technology, SharePoint software and SQL Server database are adopted. On this basis, a one-stop application center is developed to provide process center access, report center, information center, document center, exchange center, business center, etc. These applications adopt unified interface specification and external system integration. After one year's design and development, the system has been developed according to the established goal, which provides the enterprise with a standardized portal platform, a unified interface, a unified entrance, a unified to-do, a unified authorization management, and a preliminary implementation of cooperative office effect.
