某餐饮公司门店销售系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:成本控制和运营控制是餐饮企业管理的重要组成部分,对于提高餐饮企业生产销售效率和效益具有重要作用。目前,我国饭店餐饮服务业管理模式改革进程较为缓慢,很多老套陈旧的管理方法还在使用。为了提高餐饮企业管理效率、规范管理流程,开发合适的餐饮管理软件已经成为了餐饮企业迫切的业务需求。特别是,由于门店销售直接面向大众消费者,开发门店销售系统以提高服务效率和质量已经成为了一种重要的软件应用。本课题以某餐饮公司业务管理为背景,针对直营门店销售系统的业务需求和特点,开发了一个门店销售系统。论文详细阐述了从系统需求分析到系统设计与实现的整个过程。论文首先介绍了系统实现的相关技术,包括系统开发框架的基本结构、WebService的基本概念和原理、系统主要开发编程语言和通用无驱系列非接触式IC卡及其读写器的结构特点和操作的实现方式。其次,针对直营门店销售系统的用例模型、模块划分和数据库设计等问题,利用软件工程理论与方法进行系统分析与设计,给出了系统的业务流程图、用例图、体系结构图和功能模块图,完成了订单管理、库存管理、销售管理、卡务中心、结算管理和人员管理等功能的设计。接着,给出了关键功能模块的实现并给出了关键功能模块的测试用例。该系统具有界面简洁易懂、维护方便的特点。实际应用效果表明该系统能够满足某餐饮公司门店销售业务需求,实现了门店管理的信息化,提高了服务质量、降低了运营成本,使得企业具有更好的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:Cost control and operation control is an important part of the management of catering enterprises, which plays an important role in improving the efficiency and efficiency of production and sales of catering enterprises. At present, the reform process of restaurant service management mode in China is slow, and many old-fashioned management methods are still in use. In order to improve the management efficiency of catering enterprises, standardize the management process, develop appropriate catering management software has become the urgent business needs of catering enterprises. In particular, the development of store sales system to improve the efficiency and quality of service has become an important software application. Based on the business management of a catering company, a store sales system is developed according to the business requirements and characteristics of the direct store sales system. The whole process from system requirement analysis to system design and implementation is described in detail. This paper first introduces the related technologies of the system implementation, including the basic structure of the system development framework, the basic concepts and principles of WebService. The system mainly develops programming language, universal non-drive series contactless IC card and its reader-writer. Secondly, aiming at the problems of the use case model, module partition and database design of the direct store sales system, the software engineering theory and method are used to analyze and design the system, and the business flow chart and use case diagram of the system are given. System structure diagram and function module diagram, completed order management, inventory management, sales management, card center, settlement management and personnel management function design. Then, the implementation of the key function module and the test case of the key function module are given. The system is simple and easy to understand and easy to maintain. The practical application results show that the system can meet the store sales needs of a catering company, realize the information of store management, improve the service quality, reduce the operating cost, and make the enterprise have better market competitiveness.
