数字化校园的设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着计算机及信息技术的不断发展,很多办公单位为了提升工作效率,改进办公环境,逐步使办公条件趋于智能化和网络化。随着高等院校的发展和交流的不断的深入,信息资源显现的愈加重要,“信息孤岛”现象的产生,使数字化校园的建设也成为高校提升管理工作的重点任务之一,也成为高等院校推进教育信息化的重要推手。数字化校园是建立在高速发达的计算机网络核心技术的基础上构建的数字空间,将数字化、网络化有机的结合在一起的新型的教育模式,以大量的共享信息和知识资源为手段实现教育的全面信息化。由于目前高等院校没有使用统一的数据交换平台,高校内各管理部门之间协作性较差,相关人员组织管理不一,高校各自独立开发数据系统种类繁多,造成使用效果参差不齐,造成高校至今仍然缺少统一的公共数据平台。现在数字化校园的建设是高校展现校园文化,最大化地为师生提供便捷的生活和教学网络环境,数字化校园建设的成功与否直接影响着学校教育管理水平的改进与提升。本文是基于J2EE技术,采用B/S开发模式,运用JAVA开发语言,采用MVC架构、UML建模技术,用SQL Server 2008作为数据库,对数字化校园进行设计与实现[1]。通过分析国内外高等院校数字化校园系统建设的情况,根据我国教育信息化发展方向,对国内部分高校数字化校园的深入调研,确定本论文研究的意义和数字化校园需要实现的主要功能,内容涵盖数字化校园系统的流程、需求、结构分析及主要功能模块的实现。该数字系统包括学生综合管理与服务、教师综合管理与服务、公众综合管理与服务、系统管理等四大模块[2]。面向学生、学工处及校领导实现查看通知公告、协同服务、资讯服务、移动消息服务、日程服务、迎新服务、奖惩助贷、自助服务申请、就业离校服务、校友服务等信息。面向教职工、人事处、校办、部门院系、校领导等设有公共服务、电子校务服务、教职工综合管理、教职工综合分析等。对系统功能设计后,对主要功能通过测试用例进行功能测试,确保系统主要功能的正常运行。本课题实现校园管理现代化、网络化和信息化,不仅可最大程度地减少人力劳动,实现教学工作的流程化、科学化、自动化,做到学生学习的自主化、自由化,还可以利用该教学平台系统资源平台能够实现较强的数据处理、分析功能,来为学校管理提供部分参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer and information technology, many office units in order to improve work efficiency, improve the office environment, gradually make the office conditions tend to intelligent and network. With the development of colleges and universities and the continuous deepening of communication, the information resources appear more and more important. The phenomenon of "information isolated island" has made the construction of digital campus become one of the key tasks of improving the management work of colleges and universities. It has also become an important driving force for colleges and universities to promote educational informatization. Digital campus is a new educational model which is built on the basis of the core technology of high speed and developed computer network and combines digitalization and network organically. A large number of shared information and knowledge resources as a means to achieve the full-scale information of education. Because there is no unified data exchange platform in colleges and universities at present, the cooperation among the management departments in colleges and universities is poor, the related personnel organizations are different, there are many kinds of independent development data systems in colleges and universities, and the results are not uniform. As a result, universities still lack a unified public data platform. Now the construction of digital campus is to display campus culture and provide convenient living and teaching network environment for teachers and students. The success of digital campus construction directly affects the improvement and improvement of school education management level. This paper is based on J2EE technology, using B / S development model, using JAVA development language, using MVC architecture, UML modeling technology, using SQL Server 2008 as the database, the design and implementation of digital campus [1]. Based on the analysis of the construction of digital campus system in colleges and universities at home and abroad, and in accordance with the development direction of educational informatization in China, the paper makes a thorough investigation on the digital campus of some colleges and universities in China. The purpose of this paper is to determine the significance of the research and the main functions of the digital campus, including the process, requirements, structure analysis and the realization of the main function modules of the digital campus system. The digital system includes four modules: student integrated management and service, teacher integrated management and service, public integrated management and service, system management. For students, school and school leaders to view the notice, collaborative services, information services, mobile messaging services, schedule services, new services, loans, self-service applications, employment leave school services, alumni services and other information. For teaching staff, personnel department, school, departments, school leaders with public services, electronic school services, staff comprehensive management, staff comprehensive analysis, and so on. After the design of the system functions, the main functions are tested by test cases to ensure the normal operation of the main functions of the system. This subject realizes the modernization of campus management, networking and information. It can not only reduce human labor to the greatest extent, but also realize the process, science and automation of teaching work, so that students can learn independently and liberalize. The system resource platform of the teaching platform can also be used to realize strong data processing and analysis function to provide some reference basis for school management.
