锦星公司业务绩效管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：本文从软件设计和实现的角度论述锦星公司的业务绩效管理系统的开发,目的是在该企业目前已有的基本事务处理平台的基础上,从更为全局性和管理导向性的角度满足企业运营管理的要求,特别是解决业务绩效的度量及评测方面的问题。围绕上述目的,本文从软件开发的角度较细地讨论了该系统的分析、设计和实现。该软件的功能需求归纳为两类,第一类是针对销售业务进行绩效度量和评测的需求,第二类是针对企业的业务运作成本进行绩效度量和评测的需求。本文首先结合企业管理目标分析了主要的绩效内容,以销售业务绩效和业务成本绩效的测算与评价为重点,从基础信息管理,业务绩效计划管理及绩效评估管理角度分别进行讨论和用例的建模。在完成需求分析的基础上,论文对锦星公司的业务绩效管理系统的软件设计进行了较系统性的阐述,确定了总体的架构层次和模块组成,对其中的主要模块的对象组成及其内部的主要成员数据变量和接口函数的处理任务进行描述,给出了主要功能对象对绩效目标、业务绩效计划以及绩效信息评估处理的流程框架,同时从概念模型和数据库表的内部结构等方面描述了数据库设计方案。该软件总体上运用面向对象设计和编程技术,程序采用C#编程实现,数据库平台采用SQL Server。通过测试和试运行表明,该系统为锦星公司实施有效的低成本战略提供了业务运营指标的管理工具,有力支持了高层管理人员对企业运营的实际态势,特别在产品销售、市场和总体成本的度量和评估方面取得了较好的效果,为企业长期资源的配置和优化提供重要的决策依据,因而在很大程度上满足了现阶段的运营管理要求。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the development of the business performance management system of Jinxing Company from the point of view of software design and implementation. The purpose of this paper is to build on the existing basic transaction processing platform of the company. From a more overall and management-oriented point of view to meet the requirements of business operation management, especially to solve the measurement and evaluation of business performance problems. In this paper, the analysis, design and implementation of the system are discussed in detail from the point of view of software development. The functional requirements of the software can be classified into two categories: the first is the requirement of performance measurement and evaluation for sales business, and the second is the requirement of performance measurement and evaluation for business operation cost. In this paper, the main performance contents are analyzed based on the enterprise management objectives, and the measurement and evaluation of sales performance and business cost performance are emphasized, and the basic information management is introduced. Business performance planning management and performance evaluation management are discussed and use case modeling. On the basis of the requirement analysis, the software design of the business performance management system of Jinxing Company is systematically described, and the overall structure level and module composition are determined. The object composition of the main modules and the processing tasks of the main member data variables and interface functions are described, and the performance objectives of the main functional objects are given. The process framework of business performance planning and performance information evaluation and processing, and the design scheme of database are described from the aspects of conceptual model and internal structure of database table. In general, the software uses object-oriented design and programming technology, the program is implemented by C # programming, and the database platform is implemented by SQL Server.. The test and trial operation show that the system provides the management tool of business operation index for Jinxing Company to implement effective low cost strategy, and can support the actual situation of the senior management to the enterprise operation, especially in the product sales. The measurement and evaluation of the market and total cost have achieved good results, which provide an important decision basis for the allocation and optimization of the long-term resources of the enterprise, and thus to a large extent meet the operational management requirements at the present stage.
