高等院校毕业设计管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:高等院校教育过程中,毕业设计是非常关键的一个环节之一,毕业设计具有非常重要的作用和意义,其对教学质量的评估具有不可替代的地位。毕业设计过程中,需要经历很多环节,比如选题、开题、创作、修改、定稿、答辩、评阅等,反复的修改,才能形成一篇指导老师满意的、学校认为合格的论文,因此,非常的耗费人的时间和精力。因此,如何实现信息化的管理论文、自动化的管理毕业设计过程,已经成为许多教育管理者和老师研究的目标。随着计算机技术、网络技术、数据库管理技术的不断成熟和发展,基于上述技术开发实现的各种教学辅助管理系统已经得到了广泛的普及和应用,比如选课系统、考试系统、高等院校毕业设计管理系统和学籍管理系统等,其有力的支撑了其在毕业设计过程中的应用,突破毕业设计过程时空的限制。本文详细的研究了信息管理系统在相关领域的应用,提出了将信息管理系统应用于毕业设计过程中,并且描述了系统研究的相关技术,包括C/S体系架构、B/S体系架构两种分布式应用软件架构,分析了两种架构的特点及优势;分析了系统开发实现的.NET组件技术,介绍了组件的概念和定义,分析了组件的特点;描述了系统的数据库技术,为系统的设计和实现打下了良好的基础。接着,本文对从技术、运行管理、经济效益、社会影响等四个方面进行了可行性验证分析,使用结构化流程对系统进行建模,导出了系统的逻辑业务功能,分别是系统管理员功能、教师管理功能、学生管理功能等模块,并且分析了系统的非功能性需求,比如系统可移植性、可靠性和安全性等方面。然后,本文描述了系统设计的基本原则,同时也对系统进行了整体功能设计,描述了系统的拓扑结构、整体功能层次架构,使用结构化流程技术设计了系统的每一个核心模块的算法流程,同时对系统的数据库使用E-R图和关系表的模式进行分析和设计。最后,本文基于ASP.NET技术、.NET组件技术,开发实现了一个完整的毕业设计管理系统,并且对其进行了运行测试,从教师搜索论题、学生上传下载功能等几个方面阐述了系统的测试结果,测试结果表明,系统具有良好的可用性和安全性。
[Abstract]:Graduation design is one of the key links in the process of higher education. Graduation design plays an important role and has an irreplaceable role in evaluating teaching quality. In the process of graduation design, we need to go through a lot of links, such as choosing topics, opening questions, creating, modifying, finalizing, defending, reviewing, etc., in order to form a thesis that is satisfactory to the instructor and which the school considers qualified, so, It's very time and energy consuming. Therefore, how to realize the information management paper and the automatic management of graduation design process has become the goal of many educational administrators and teachers. With the maturation and development of computer technology, network technology and database management technology, various teaching assistant management systems based on the above-mentioned technology have been widely popularized and applied, such as course selection system, examination system, etc. The graduation design management system and the student status management system in colleges and universities support its application in the graduation design process and break through the limitation of time and space in the graduation design process. In this paper, the application of information management system in related fields is studied in detail, and the application of information management system in graduation design process is put forward, and the related technology of system research, including C / S architecture, is described. B / S architecture and two kinds of distributed application software architecture, the characteristics and advantages of the two architectures are analyzed. This paper analyzes the. Net component technology of system development, introduces the concept and definition of components, analyzes the characteristics of components, and describes the database technology of the system, which lays a good foundation for the design and implementation of the system. Then, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the system from four aspects: technology, operation management, economic benefit and social impact. It uses structured process to model the system, and derives the logical business function of the system. It is the system administrator function, the teacher management function, the student management function and so on, and analyzes the non-functional requirements of the system, such as system portability, reliability and security. Then, this paper describes the basic principles of system design, and also describes the overall functional design of the system, describes the system topology, the overall functional hierarchy, The algorithm flow of each core module of the system is designed by using structured flow technology. At the same time, the database of the system is analyzed and designed by using E-R diagram and relational table schema. Finally, based on ASP.NET technology and .NET component technology, a complete graduation design management system is developed and tested. The test results show that the system has good usability and security.
