基于SOA模式的人力资源管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:人力资源管理的目的就是要实现最大程度利用公司人才资源,将其工作岗位和个人能力的匹配实现最优化,并且利用各项激励机制和考核机制为人才提供广阔的舞台。建立将各个系统进行整合的人力资源管理系统可以实现企业无纸化办公,降低企业的运行成本,并且采用自动化和科学化的计算和分析方法,提高企业的运营效率,以适应越来越激烈的市场竞争。本论文主要是结合成都市某公司的人力资源管理工作,在对国内外先进的人力资源管理系统研究的基础上,对人力资源管理系统进行分析和设计,为企业创造更多的价值,并且通过SOA技术将该公司其他的系统与人力资源管理系统相连接,实现数据的共享。本论文设计的成都市某公司人力资源管理系统是基于SOA系统架构进行开发,从而实现与企业现有系统的数据共享,并对未来可能会开发的系统提供了更大的接入空间。本系统针对成都市某公司人力资源管理的需求将系统分为了四大模块,分别是组织管理模块、薪资管理模块、绩效管理模块和培训管理模块,并对系统的登录功能进行了设计。本系统的开发语言为C#语言,采用Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库开发工具对数据库进行开发,系统架构采用B/S模式。系统的设计与开发按照一般软件开发流程进行,首先介绍了人力资源管理系统的开发背景,并在对公司实际情况调研的基础上对系统进行了初步的定义;然后对系统进行详细的需求分析和概要设计;在需求分析和概要设计的基础上利用开发工具对系统进行了详细的开发和实现;最后对系统进行了严格的功能测试和性能测试,测试结果表明该系统已经可以初步满足用户的需求。
[Abstract]:The purpose of human resource management is to maximize the use of the company's human resources, to optimize the matching of its work position and individual ability, and to provide a broad stage for talents by using various incentive mechanisms and assessment mechanisms. The establishment of human resource management system which integrates all systems can realize paperless office work, reduce the running cost of enterprises, and adopt automatic and scientific calculation and analysis methods to improve the operation efficiency of enterprises. In order to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition. This paper mainly combines the human resource management work of a company in Chengdu, on the basis of the research of advanced human resource management system at home and abroad, it analyzes and designs the human resource management system to create more value for the enterprise. The other systems of the company are connected with the human resource management system by SOA technology to realize the data sharing. The human resource management system designed in this paper is based on the SOA system architecture to realize the data sharing with the existing enterprise system and to provide a greater access space for the system that may be developed in the future. The system is divided into four modules, namely, organization management module, salary management module, performance management module and training management module, and the login function of the system is designed. The development language of this system is C # language, the database is developed by Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database development tool, and the system structure adopts B / S mode. The design and development of the system is carried out according to the general software development process. Firstly, the background of the development of human resource management system is introduced, and the preliminary definition of the system is given on the basis of the investigation of the actual situation of the company. Then the detailed requirement analysis and outline design of the system are carried out, and the system is developed and implemented by using the development tools on the basis of the requirement analysis and summary design. Finally, the system is tested strictly in function and performance. The test results show that the system can meet the needs of users.
