盲人智能终端触摸屏的手势操作研究

【摘要】:尽管越来越多有高级功能的智能终端出现,但是大部分的盲人还在使用落后过时的手机。因为他们更熟悉这些手机的界面布局,手机上的触摸按钮也给他们操作手机提供了帮助。带有触摸屏的智能终端没有可触摸按钮,信息输入时需要精确的定位。给盲人操作带来极大不便,容易使他们在操作过程中迷失。智能终端支持的可访问方式包括语音输入,振动、语音输出反馈,然而对于盲人来说,发现智能终端上的功能并能有效的输入仍然是个很大的挑战。虽然现在的智能终端已经支持语音输入的命令,但是在嘈杂的环境里,智能终端很难分辨语音命令,因此这时的操作效率低下而且不准确。随着触摸屏技术的不断发展,智能终端配备复杂的手势识别传感器。智能终端手势的研究受到更多的关注,我们也相信通过手势盲人可以更高效的操作智能终端。目前,在各个平台上如:iOS平台、Android平台等已经实现了盲人使用智能终端的手势操作。但是各个平台上的手势不尽相同,部分手势过于复杂,难以学习与记忆,不利于盲人操作智能终端。现在有更多的公司逐渐重视人文关怀,他们希望自己的产品能给盲人的生活和学习带来帮助。因此需要形成一定的手势操作规范帮助盲人操作智能终端。基于以上原因提出盲人智能终端触摸屏手势操作的研究。研究内容主要包括三点:(1)确定盲人使用智能终端的基本系统手势需求,这些手势应该容易学习不会增加盲人的记忆负担。(2)在需求基础上设计手势操作规范,根据设计的规范开发接口原型,用来连接Android系统与其它应用软件。(3)进行验证实验,验证手势操作规范的易学性及接口原型的实用性。收集实验过程中的数据,以进行规范的修订和接口原型的改进。研究过程中首先学习并借鉴iOS平台、Android平台及以永德软件为代表的盲人应用软件。学习它们的手势操作,根据这些手势设计盲人使用智能终端的系统手势操作规范。主要通过简单的点击,滑屏,摇晃来操作智能终端,手势操作成功后均以振动的方式提供反馈。根据设计的手势操作规范,开发手势操作的接口原型。进行验证实验,让被测试者通过接口原型,使用研究中设计的手势操作智能终端。实验的结果证明了手势操作规范的易学性与接口原型的可用性。但仍然有很多不足之处,需要根据被测试者的反馈,修订手势操作规范,优化改进接口原型,为盲人更好的使用智能终端提供帮助。
[Abstract]:Despite the increasing number of smart terminals with advanced features, most blind people are still using outdated mobile phones. Because they are more familiar with the interface layout of these phones, the touch buttons on the phones also help them operate the phones. Intelligent terminals with touch screens do not have touchable buttons, and accurate positioning is required when information is entered. It brings great inconvenience to blind people and makes them lost in the process of operation. The accessible methods supported by intelligent terminals include voice input, vibration, and voice output feedback. However, it is still a challenge for the blind to discover the functions on the intelligent terminal and to be able to input effectively. Although the intelligent terminal has already supported the command of speech input, it is very difficult for the intelligent terminal to distinguish the command of voice in the noisy environment, so the operation is inefficient and inaccurate. With the development of touch screen technology, intelligent terminals are equipped with complex gesture recognition sensors. More attention has been paid to intelligent terminal gestures. We also believe that blind people can operate intelligent terminals more efficiently. At present, on various platforms such as: iOS platform, Android platform and so on have realized the blind to use the intelligent terminal gesture operation. However, the gestures on each platform are different, some of them are too complicated to learn and remember, which is not conducive to the blind to operate intelligent terminals. More companies are increasingly caring for humanity, and they want their products to help blind people live and learn. Therefore, it is necessary to form certain gesture operation norms to help blind people operate intelligent terminals. Based on the above reasons, this paper puts forward the research of the touch screen gesture operation of the intelligent terminal for the blind. The main contents of the study are as follows: (1) to determine the basic system gesture requirements for blind people to use intelligent terminals, which should be easy to learn and not to increase the memory burden of blind people; (2) to design gesture operation specifications on the basis of requirements. An interface prototype is developed according to the designed specification, which is used to connect the Android system with other application software. (3) A validation experiment is carried out to verify the ease of learning of the gesture operation specification and the practicability of the interface prototype. Collect experimental data for specification revision and interface prototyping improvement. In the course of the research, we first learn from the iOS platform, Android platform and the blind application software represented by Yongde software. Learn their gestures and design system gesture codes for blind people using intelligent terminals according to these gestures. Mainly through simple click, slide screen, shake to operate the intelligent terminal, gesture operation is successful in the form of vibration to provide feedback. According to the design of gesture operation specification, the interface prototype of gesture operation is developed. The verification experiment was carried out to let the subjects operate the intelligent terminal using the gesture designed in the research through the interface prototype. The experimental results show that the gesture operation specification is easy to learn and the interface prototype is available. However, there are still many shortcomings. According to the feedback of the subjects, we need to revise the gesture operation specification, optimize the interface prototype, and provide help for the blind to use intelligent terminals better.
