数字化高校收费管理系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:The construction of digital campus is the key project of educational informatization and an important part of the reform and development of school education. The construction of digital campus has become an inevitable trend of modern education. Nowadays, more and more schools regard digital campus construction as an important means and strategic choice to promote the development of schools by leaps and bounds. Moreover, the growth of the number of students, the financial contacts of all functional departments of the school and the management of funds such as teachers' scientific research have brought great pressure and challenges to the financial departments of colleges and universities. This system firstly analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research, and investigates the management system of charging business in many colleges and universities. Secondly, the overall design of the system is carried out. The system is divided into four modules: charge management module, information maintenance module, aggregate query module and system management module. Thirdly, the charge management module is divided into four modules: charge processing, remission processing, bookkeeping management and fee payment inquiry, and the information maintenance module is divided into three modules: student information, class information and charge information. Summary query module is divided into five modules: query print student information, query print class information, query print summary table, query print statement and query print detail charge data. The system management module is divided into three modules: system data backup, system personnel management and password modification. Finally, the system uses Java language, JSP technology, Struts 2 technology and SQL Server data to develop and implement the system. This system has carried on the actual deployment and the test, takes the university which the author belongs to as the deployment application environment, in the deployment time all the client and the related equipment, constructs the internal network, In order to protect the security of campus network, a firewall is set up between the campus network and the outer network Internet to intercept the malicious attack of the outside network on the campus network. At the same time, the internal campus network divides the server and client to realize the sharing of all kinds of resources in colleges and universities. The results of deployment and test show that the system has friendly interface and perfect function, and realizes the function of system design. It has good application value.
