凤城市安全生产隐患排查整治系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：安全生产事关国家和人民的利益,是经济发展和社会稳定的重要保障,是落实科学发展观的必然要求,是构建和谐社会的重要内容。近年来,全国安全生产继续保持了总体稳定、持续好转的发展态势,但安全生产形势仍然严峻。为进一步贯彻落实国家“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的方针,通过开展隐患排查治理行动,落实企业的安全生产主体责任和地方人民政府的安全监管职责,全面排查治理事故隐患和薄弱环节,建立危险源监控和隐患排查治理机制,有效防范和遏制重特大事故的发生,促进安全生产状况进一步稳定好转。安全生产隐患排查管理系统的设计与实现,采用B/S架构系统结构,基于政府专网和公共服务网络发布运行,系统采用JavaEE解决方案实现,利用面向对象技术进行系统分析与设计,采用Web Services技术实现异构系统接口。论文详细阐述系统功能需求分析、关键技术应用、架构与数据库设计、编码实现、测试方法设计与结果分析等内容。系统应用为安全生产基层管理提供了重要的信息化手段。凤城市安全生产隐患排查整治系统使用的服务器操作系统是Redhat,数据库使用的Oracle。论文首阐述了凤城市安全生产隐患排查整治系统的需求分析,其次阐述了系统所有业务功能,系统的所有业务包括清单管理功能模块,区域管理功能模块,企业信息管理功能模块,隐患排查统计功能模块,执法检查功能模块,法律文件功能模块,文件通知公告功能模块,视频资料功能模块,应急管理功能模块。在论文最后阐述了系统实现,并对系统所有功能做了测试。最后对系统研究和实现过程做了总结和今后系统还需要进一步改进的工作。
[Abstract]:Safety in production is related to the interests of the country and the people, is an important guarantee of economic development and social stability, is the inevitable requirement of implementing the scientific concept of development, and is an important content of building a harmonious society. In recent years, the national safe production continues to maintain the overall stability, the continuous improvement development trend, but the safety production situation is still grim. In order to further implement the national policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management" and to carry out the actions of hidden danger investigation and treatment, the main responsibility of enterprises for safety in production and the responsibility for safety supervision of local people's governments will be fulfilled. We will comprehensively investigate and control hidden dangers and weak links of accidents, establish mechanisms for monitoring dangerous sources and checking hidden dangers, effectively prevent and contain the occurrence of serious and serious accidents, and promote the further steady improvement of the safety situation in production. The design and implementation of the management system for hidden trouble investigation in production safety is based on the structure of B / S architecture, the release and operation of the system based on the special government network and the public service network, and the implementation of the system with JavaEE solution. The system is analyzed and designed by object-oriented technology, and the heterogeneous system interface is realized by Web Services technology. In this paper, the system function requirement analysis, key technology application, architecture and database design, coding implementation, test method design and result analysis are described in detail. The application of the system provides an important information method for the basic management of safe production. The server operating system used in Fengcheng hidden trouble check and control system is Oracle. used in Redhat, database. The first part of the paper expounds the demand analysis of the hidden trouble checking system in Fengcheng city, and then expounds all the business functions of the system, including the list management function module, the area management function module, the whole business of the system including the list management function module, the area management function module. Enterprise information management module, hidden trouble detection and statistics module, law enforcement function module, legal document module, file notification module, video module, emergency management module. At the end of the paper, the realization of the system is described, and all the functions of the system are tested. Finally, the research and implementation of the system are summarized and the system needs further improvement.
