天津市城东供电公司人才动态评价系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:本文主要以天津市城东供电公司为背景,该公司属于国家电网中一个地市级供电企业。公司拥有1001名员工,员工学历、职称、奖励信息多种多样,本文主要介绍了如何准确科学的识别和划分人才,将人才从“人群”中脱颖而出,特此搭建了人才动态评价信息系统。该系统基于国内人才评价体系现状,针对天津市城东供电公司人员现状及企业未来发展管理方式为基础,收集系统需求分析,通过员工信息管理、资历维护管理、竞赛调考管理、创新成果管理、人才维护管理、荣誉奖项管理、绩效结果管理模块搭建,让人资的员工可以在系统中直接进行搜索,找出对应的信息。城东供电公司人才动态评价系统结合当下流行的ASP.NET技术,采用B/S结构,应用SQLServer后台数据库来实现。从一般管理、技术和生产技能员工,涵盖全部普通岗位,利用系统输出员工得分及相关资料,更加快速、便捷的支撑企业管理。天津市城东供电公司通过实施人才动态评价系统,提高了人才评价的实时性,人资可以随时更新员工六个评价维度的基本信息。人才积分的时时滚动更新,保证了数据信息的及时性和准确性,同时也为领导的决策奠定了夯实的基础,保证人力资源工作快速开展。该系统有效支撑了公司的人才选拔工作实施,实现人才的在线动态管理。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly takes Tianjin Chengdong Power supply Company as the background, which belongs to a prefectural power supply enterprise in State Grid. The company has 1001 employees, educational background, professional title, reward information, this paper mainly introduces how to identify and divide talents accurately and scientifically, so as to distinguish talents from the "crowd". In this paper, a dynamic evaluation information system for talents is built. This system is based on the present situation of domestic talent evaluation system, aiming at the present situation of personnel of Tianjin Chengdong Power supply Company and the management mode of future development of the enterprise, collects the system demand analysis, through the employee information management, the seniority maintenance management, Competition test management, innovation results management, talent maintenance management, honor award management, performance results management module to build, so that human capital employees can directly search in the system, find the corresponding information. The talent dynamic evaluation system of Chengdong Power supply Company combines the current popular ASP.NET technology, adopts the B / S structure, and uses the SQLServer backstage database to realize. From general management, technical and production skills staff, covering all ordinary positions, using the system to export employee scores and related information, faster and easier to support business management. Through the implementation of the talent dynamic evaluation system, Tianjin Chengdong Power supply Company improves the real-time ability of talent evaluation, and human capital can update the basic information of employees' six evaluation dimensions at any time. The rolling renewal of talent integration ensures the timeliness and accuracy of data and information, at the same time, it lays a solid foundation for leaders to make decisions, and ensures the rapid development of human resources work. The system effectively supports the implementation of talent selection and online dynamic management of talents.
