基于Android手机平台的配送中心分拣系统设计与实现
[Abstract]:In recent years, e-commerce has developed rapidly in China. With the promotion of e-commerce, the logistics industry has made great progress. With the expansion of e-commerce business, the distribution centers owned by the major e-commerce companies have increased, and the size of the distribution centers is also increasing. Due to the lack of effective planning, the efficiency of sorting operations in distribution centers is low, and the sorting staff are under great pressure. Sorting becomes a weak link in logistics activities and hinders the smooth operation of supply chain. In view of the above problems, this paper adopts indoor positioning technology to enable sorting personnel to obtain real-time location, at the same time, map matching is studied to further improve the positioning accuracy. On this basis, the two-zone warehouse is taken as the research object, and the ant colony algorithm is applied to optimize the sorting path, so that the sorting personnel can finish the work more efficiently. Based on the above research, the paper designs and implements the sorting system of distribution center. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the research of indoor map matching technology. Because the indoor positioning is not accurate enough, the logistics personnel is difficult to finish the sorting operation accurately. In order to solve this problem, this paper abstracts the indoor structure, extracts the key data from the indoor structure, and establishes the general model of the indoor geometry structure. Based on the above research, the logic of indoor map matching is realized, and the precision of indoor location is improved effectively. (2) the application of ant colony algorithm in sorting operation of distribution center is studied. Distribution center sorting personnel for sorting operations, walking distance is too long, sorting efficiency is low. In order to solve this problem, this paper uses TSP as the research object, uses the experimental method to determine the basic parameters in the ant colony algorithm, and at the same time, models the sorting operations in the two-zone warehouse abstractly. Ant colony algorithm is used to solve the path planning problem of sorting operation in distribution center. (3) the design and implementation of the key module of sorting system in distribution center. Based on the above work, the key modules of the distribution center sorting system based on Android platform are designed and implemented, the system structure diagram is described, the key modules are tested and the test results are given, the order simulation and the sorting path optimization are realized. The indoor map matching logic realized in this paper can effectively improve the indoor positioning effect. Ant colony algorithm is used to realize the optimization of sorting operation path. Based on the above, the sorting system of distribution center is implemented on Android platform, and the efficiency of sorting operation is improved.
