基于Web技术的税务电子查账系统设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,税务机关的信息化水平逐年得到提升特别是在税务稽查管理方面。然而税务机关在税务查账信息化建设方面却显得相当滞后。伴随着税务管理变革的稳步推进,税务查账管理工作也必将变得更加复杂,因此借助于先进的信息化技术手段来对税务数据实施查账管理成为了必然。税务电子查账系统采用了 B/S模式三层结构进行实现,同时结合.NET平台下的ASP.NET(c#)WEB开发技术与ADO.NET数据库访问技术。系统集成开发工具选择Visual Studio.NET数据库访问技术。系统集成开发工具选择VisualStudio.NET2010,系统后台数据库使用SQLserver 2005。整个目标系统的开发过程始终处于软件工程开发理论化分析的思想指导之下,系统设计之初进行了详细的系统需求分析,接着在分析结果的基础上提出了本税务点脑子查账系统的功能性与非功能性需求。在系统设计阶段进行系统架构,系统功能模块的设计工作,并且给出了数据的详细设计方案。在前期工作的基础之上对本系统进行了编码实现,税务电子查账系统主要包括查账工具,稽查分析,基础数据配置,法规查询以及系统维护等功能模块。最后,对本电子查账系统实现的功能模块进行了严格的系统测试验证,以保证应用软件达到预期的建设目标。综合系统运行后的实际使用情况来看,本软件在某种程度上大大优化了税务电子查账的资源配置,有效提高了税务工作人员的工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology, the information level of tax authorities has been improved year by year, especially in tax inspection management. However, the tax authorities in the tax audit information construction is rather lagging behind. With the steady progress of the reform of tax administration, the management of tax audit will become more complicated, so it is inevitable to carry out the audit management of tax data by means of advanced information technology. The electronic tax audit system is implemented with the three-tier structure of B / S mode, combining with ASP.NET (c#) WEB development technology and ADO.NET database access technology under .NET platform. System integration development tools select Visual Studio.NET database access technology. The system integration development tool selects the VisualStudio.NET2010, system backstage database to use SQLserver 2005. The whole development process of the target system is always under the guidance of the theory analysis of software engineering development. At the beginning of the system design, the detailed system requirement analysis is carried out. Then, the functional and non-functional requirements of the tax-point accounting system are proposed based on the analysis results. At the stage of system design, the system structure and function module are designed, and the detailed design scheme of data is given. On the basis of the previous work, the system is coded and implemented. The electronic tax audit system mainly includes audit tools, audit analysis, basic data configuration, legal inquiry and system maintenance and other functional modules. Finally, the function module of the electronic audit system is tested and verified strictly to ensure that the application software achieves the expected construction goal. According to the actual application of the system, the software greatly optimizes the resource allocation of the electronic tax audit to some extent, and effectively improves the efficiency of the tax staff.
