交管局警力资源管理中勤务管理子系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:现今社会,治安事件时有发生,交通事故不断出现,如何才能快速调动警力维护社会的安定,这对交管局是个严峻的考验。警力资源管理系统就是交管实现快速调动警力,解决突发问题的关键,其中核心的模块就是勤务管理子系统,它是警力资源管理系统的基础,管理着警员的基本信息,是警力资源管理系统的基石。但随着社会发展,信息技术不断追求高效率、创新,交管局现有系统反应慢,不具有扩展性,不能兼容新的警用设备(如带GPS的警车)为解决此问题,新的警力资源管理系统应运而生。勤务管理模块是一个可以单独运行子系统,为解决其反应慢,不具有扩展性,系统采用B/S架构,使用了 SpringMVC框架,利用分层的思想,增加了系统的可扩展性和健壮性。系统在前台界面使用正则表达式验证提交数据格式的正确性,提高了系统对错误信息的反应速度,并且使用ajax异步通信技术与后台交换数据,局部刷新,加快了前台界面的渲染;控制层利用Spring的消息分发器完成消息分发,操作粒度小,性能好;业务逻辑层,使用简洁的数据结构完成业务逻辑处理,加快系统反应速度;持久层使用Spring自带的JdbcTemplate完成和数据库信息的交互。各个层次相互配合,提供各自的接口,减少系统的耦合。最终为交管局提供了解决问题的方案,构建了具有可扩展性和健壮性的勤务模块。最后通过系统测试,验证了勤务模块的正确性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, public security incidents occur from time to time and traffic accidents occur constantly. How to quickly mobilize police force to maintain social stability is a severe test for traffic control bureau. The police resource management system is the key for traffic management to quickly mobilize police force and solve unexpected problems. The core module is the service management subsystem, which is the foundation of police resource management system and manages the basic information of police officers. It is the cornerstone of police resource management system. But with the development of society and the constant pursuit of high efficiency and innovation in information technology, the existing system of the Traffic Administration is slow to respond, not extensible, and can not be compatible with new police equipment (such as police cars with GPS) to solve this problem. A new police resource management system emerges as the times require. Service management module is a subsystem that can be run separately. In order to solve the problem of slow response and no expansibility, the system adopts B / S architecture, uses SpringMVC framework, and makes use of the idea of stratification to increase the expansibility and robustness of the system. The system uses regular expression to verify the correctness of the submitted data format in the foreground interface, improves the system's response speed to the error information, and uses ajax asynchronous communication technology to exchange data with the background, which is partially refreshed. Speed up the front interface rendering; The control layer uses the Spring message distributor to complete the message distribution, the operation granularity is small, the performance is good, the business logic layer uses the simple data structure to complete the service logic processing, speeds up the system response speed. The persistence layer uses Spring's own JdbcTemplate to complete the interaction with database information. All levels cooperate with each other, provide their own interfaces, and reduce the coupling of the system. Finally, the problem solving scheme is provided and the service module with expansibility and robustness is constructed. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the service module are verified by the system test.
