3DP法三维打印技术的发展与研究现状

【摘要】:由于3DP法三维打印技术具有加工速度快、运行成本低等诸多优点,近年来已在多个领域体现出强大的发展潜力。随着"工业4.0"时代的到来,3DP法有着更为广阔的发展前景。简述了3DP法的原理、产生与发展状况,具体分析了粘结剂、打印材料、打印工艺过程、后处理工艺等方面国内外的研究现状,其中打印工艺过程和后处理工艺方面是现阶段影响打印产品质量的关键所在,并对此提出了未来研究的主要发展方向。
[Abstract]:Because of the advantages of 3DP three-dimensional printing technology, such as high processing speed and low running cost, it has shown strong development potential in many fields in recent years. With the advent of the Industrial 4.0 era, the 3DP method has a wider prospect of development. In this paper, the principle, production and development of 3DP method are briefly introduced. The research status of binder, printing material, printing process and post-processing technology are analyzed in detail. The printing process and post-processing process are the key factors that affect the quality of printing products at present, and the main development direction of future research is put forward.
