基于SpringMVC框架的居民健康卡系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着信息化的发展,各地都在大力推动智慧城市建设,智慧医疗是其中一个很重要方面。宁波市已建立起覆盖全市各个区县的农村医疗、医疗业务、健康档案、医疗资源四大骨干系统,为医疗信息化建设奠定了扎实基础。但居民医疗健康信息缺乏统一的管理系统,影响了各医疗机构间信息的互通和运用。因此,加快建设完善区域医疗卫生信息化平台,让区域内各信息化系统之间进行有效的信息整合、数据交换和共享,具有现实的社会意义。居民健康卡系统是连结各个医院的一个统一的医疗信息共享平台、基础平台、数据中心。通过居民健康卡系统重新串联医院就诊流程,将电子流与就医流程结合起来,进一步优化医院的工作流程,更好地为居民就诊提供一卡通、双向转诊等区域协同医疗服务。本文研究了居民健康卡系统的发展现状和技术要求,并且根据现实需求设计搭建了相应的功能架构,主要功能包括用户管理、居民健康卡流通管理、居民健康卡生命周期管理、黑名单管理、统计报表等功能操作,并对框架技术进行了详细的阐述和说明。本课题利用Java EE技术,并利用了国际主流的MVC开发模式,Mybatis和Spring MVC技术框架是本文中采用的,数据库使用了高性能并发性强的Oracle 11g数据库。本系统采用模块开发策略,保证了扩展性要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, all over the world are vigorously promoting the construction of smart cities, intelligent medical treatment is one of the very important aspects. Ningbo has set up four backbone systems covering all districts and counties of the city, including medical treatment, medical service, health files and medical resources, which has laid a solid foundation for the construction of medical information. However, the lack of a unified management system of medical information affects the exchange and application of information among medical institutions. Therefore, it is of practical social significance to speed up the construction and perfection of the regional medical and health information platform, so that the information integration, data exchange and sharing among the information systems in the region can be effectively carried out. Resident health card system is a unified medical information sharing platform, basic platform and data center. Through the resident health card system to re-concatenate the hospital consultation process, the electronic flow and the medical treatment process are combined to further optimize the hospital work flow, and better provide the residents with one card, two-way referrals and other regional collaborative medical services. This paper studies the current situation and technical requirements of resident health card system, and designs and builds the corresponding functional framework according to the actual needs. The main functions include user management, resident health card circulation management, resident health card life cycle management, and so on. Blacklist management, statistical reports and other functional operations, and the framework technology is described and explained in detail. This paper uses Java EE technology and international mainstream MVC development mode. The Mybatis and Spring MVC technical framework is adopted in this paper. The database uses Oracle 11g database with high performance and strong concurrency. The system adopts module development strategy to ensure the expansibility requirement.
