老年人肢体运动检测分析及其能力评估方法的研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the aging degree of the population is deepening, it is urgent to establish a set of scientific and sound old-age assessment system. The premise of establishing an old-age assessment system is to make an objective assessment of the ability of the elderly, so it is particularly important to use the assessment equipment to detect and analyze the limb movement of the elderly and to study a quantitative assessment method. Under this background, this paper uses Vicon three-dimensional motion capture and gait analysis system to detect and analyze the limb movement of the elderly. In this paper, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP- is proposed to evaluate the limb motor ability of the elderly, and a corresponding evaluation system is developed. Firstly, according to the relative knowledge of joint kinematics, the movement mechanism of human limbs is analyzed, and the joints and parts which have great influence on human motion are extracted. Combined with the (ICF) standard of international classification of function disability and health this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the ability of daily living of the elderly and puts forward an index system for the assessment of motor ability of the limbs in the elderly population. Secondly, based on the evaluation index system, the Vicon three-dimensional motion capture and gait analysis system is used to collect and analyze the experimental data of the subjects, so as to provide quantitative standard and data support for the study of the evaluation method. Thirdly, based on the evaluation index system and test data, the evaluation method is studied. This method combines the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCM),) to study the influence of each evaluation index on limb motor ability according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and according to the experimental data of the elderly subjects. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate the limb motor ability of elderly subjects. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the functional expectations of the system, the evaluation method is applied to the development of the evaluation system, and the objective evaluation of the subjects' limb motor ability is achieved. Through the system function test, the result of the system evaluation is consistent with the expected result of the evaluation method. Therefore, the evaluation system can complete the comprehensive evaluation of the limb motor ability of the elderly subjects.
