中宏人寿销售目标管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:当今企业运营模式的改进和变化日新月异,而这一切都与信息化的发展以及企业与市场不断融合有着密切的关联。这一变化更深刻体现在销售当先的保险行业中,如何通过先进的目标管理理念及技术,运用新的互联网及信息技术,将销售环节通过网络化的信息系统进行管理,更为畅通的打通团队管理的信息沟通障碍,更为准确的把握市场动态,已经成为保险行业未来团队目标管理的必然趋势。在这样的背景下,作者结合多年保险公司工作及调研的实践经验,深入理解软件工程学习的内容和知识,将这些运用和实现到针对中宏人寿销售目标管理系统的设计与开发之中。本文首先分享了保险行业信息化发展的现状,并阐述了相关的目标管理及管理信息系统理论。其次,通过系统开发的相关技术研究,决定采用B/S结构体系,ASP.NET开发工具及SQLSERVER数据库。随后通过系统用例图及ER图等进行设计,划分各个功能模块(包括:基本信息维护,设定目标追踪,晋升考核追踪,竞赛业绩追踪,查询指引和系统设置六个部分的功能)。最后,运用黑盒测试和白盒测试的方法,对系统的功能及性能进行检测,验证了本文研发的销售目标管理系统的可用性。本文阐述系统服务于中宏人寿保险公司营销团队,目前已经通过测试并正式上线使用,该系统着重于为营销团队提供方便快捷准确的销售目标查询及管理服务,在正式上线后也一定程度上为销售团队提供了帮助并获得了营销员普遍的好评。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the improvement and change of enterprise operation mode is changing with each passing day, and all these are closely related to the development of information technology and the continuous integration of enterprise and market. This change is more deeply reflected in the insurance industry where sales are the first. How to manage the sales link through the network information system through the advanced target management concept and technology, the use of new Internet and information technology, It has become an inevitable trend of team goal management in the insurance industry to get through the information communication obstacles of team management and grasp the market dynamics more accurately. In this context, the author combined with many years of practical experience in the work and research of insurance companies, in-depth understanding of the software engineering learning content and knowledge, This will be used and realized in the design and development of the sales target management system for China Macro Life. In this paper, we first share the current situation of information development in insurance industry, and expound the related theory of objective management and management information system. Secondly, through the related technology research of the system development, we decide to adopt the BSS structure system, the ASP.NET development tool and the SQLSERVER database. Then through the system use case diagram and ER diagram design, divided into each functional module (including: basic information maintenance, setting target tracking, promotion assessment tracking, competition performance tracking, query guidance and system setting six parts of the function). Finally, the function and performance of the system are tested by using the methods of black box test and white box test, and the availability of the sales target management system developed in this paper is verified. This paper describes that the system serves the marketing team of Zhonghong Life Insurance Company, and has passed the test and is officially used online. The system focuses on providing convenient, fast and accurate sales target query and management services for the marketing team. After the official launch also to a certain extent for the sales team and won the general praise of salesmen.
