基于多CCD摄像机的马铃薯分级检测图像采集系统设计

【摘要】:马铃薯是我国第四大粮食作物,分布区域广,但在马铃薯的分选技术方面大部分地区还处于人工分选阶段。基于此现状,本项目组设计了基于机器视觉的马铃薯分级机。采集马铃薯的图像信息进行分析处理后,实现对马铃薯尺寸和外部缺陷的快速无损分选。为了满足马铃薯分级机分选过程中对马铃薯图像采集的要求,本文设计了基于多CCD摄像机的马铃薯分级检测图像采集系统,主要内容有:(1)为了实现对马铃薯表面信息的完整提取,在使马铃薯做平抛运动的过程中,采用了四台CCD摄像机对马铃薯进行图像采集的方案。详细分析了图像采集系统的组成,包括PC机、四通道的千兆网卡、四台CCD摄像机、同步信号控制器等。(2)多CCD摄像机在采集运动的马铃薯图像时,需要保证摄像机的同步。否则,会因为摄像机不同步出现丢帧或乱帧的现象影响后期分选的精度和效率。本文以STC89C52单片机作为核心控制器,设计了同步信号控制器,实现了对四台摄像机的触发工作和同步任务,同时详细分析了同步信号控制器的硬件组成和编程方法。(3)在基于MERUCURY软件包的基础上,分析软件包中提供的函数功能,利用Visual Studio 2010设计平台,调用相关函数,开发了一款将多台摄像机采集到的马铃薯图像实时显示的系统软件,实现了对马铃薯图像的实时显示和采集要求。本文设计的基于多CCD摄像机的马铃薯分级检测图像采集系统,实现了多摄像机的同步触发工作,保证了马铃薯整体的表面信息采集,同时可以将采集到的马铃薯图像实时显示在PC机的软件界面上。本文设计的基于多CCD摄像机的马铃薯分级检测图像采集系统对于马铃薯分级机对马铃薯的准确、快速分选提供了重要的技术支持。
[Abstract]:Potato is the fourth largest grain crop in China, with a wide distribution area, but most of the areas are still in the stage of manual separation. Based on this situation, the project team designed a potato grader based on machine vision. After analyzing and processing the image information of potato, the rapid nondestructive sorting of potato size and external defects is realized. In order to meet the requirements of potato image acquisition in the sorting process of potato grader, a potato hierarchical detection image acquisition system based on multi-CCD camera is designed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) in order to extract the surface information of potato completely, four CCD cameras are used to collect the image of potato in the process of flat throwing. The composition of the image acquisition system is analyzed in detail, including PC, four-channel gigabit network card, four CCD cameras, synchronous signal controllers, etc. (2) Multi-CCD cameras need to ensure the synchronization of the camera when collecting moving potato images. Otherwise, the accuracy and efficiency of post-sorting will be affected by the phenomenon of frame loss or scrambling because the camera is not synchronous. In this paper, using STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the core controller, the synchronous signal controller is designed, and the trigger work and synchronization task of four cameras are realized. At the same time, the hardware composition and programming method of synchronous signal controller are analyzed in detail. (3) on the basis of MERUCURY software package, the function provided in the software package is analyzed, and the related functions are called by using Visual Studio 2010 design platform. A system software for real-time display of potato images collected by multiple cameras is developed, and the requirements for real-time display and acquisition of potato images are realized. In this paper, a potato hierarchical detection image acquisition system based on multi-CCD camera is designed, which realizes the synchronous trigger of multi-camera and ensures the surface information acquisition of potato as a whole. At the same time, the collected potato image can be displayed on the software interface of PC in real time. In this paper, the potato hierarchical detection image acquisition system based on multi-CCD camera provides important technical support for the accurate and rapid sorting of potato classification machine.
