智能水表集抄系统设计

【摘要】:随着资源的消耗,我国大部分油田已进入开采中后期,为解决石油资源开采而带来的地层压力下降问题,通常采取向井下注水的方式来维持地层压力。目前注水量的检测多采用人工读取并记录的方式,不但耗费了巨大的人力成本,而且数据采集的正确率也无法得到保障。因此自动抄表系统便显得尤为重要。本文在前人的研究基础上,结合油田现场应用环境的各方面需求,提出了基于摄像头图像采集和无线数据传输方案的智能水表集抄系统。采用摄像头对机械水表表盘进行拍照采集,通过无线数传模块将简单处理后的图像数据传输至由PC机充当的集中处理平台,并配合数字图像字符识别算法获取水表的水流量数据。首先对水表集抄系统的背景及发展现状做出了调研,对比并分析了现有方案的优缺点,并针对不足做出改进;其次,对图像数字识别算法进行了推演,并采用MATLAB对算法进行仿真,验证了算法的可行性和识别准确率;然后,对智能水表集抄系统的软硬件进行了设计,给出了完整的硬件电路设计分析和软件程序编写;最后,对设计完成的系统进行了抄表实验和识别验证,分别对不同工作环境下的水表样本进行了测试。本文给出的智能水表集抄系统可实现1.7km范围内水表数据采集,识别精度为±0.1。系统良好的实现的水表数据的远程集抄,并对集中抄表网络的构建做出了初步研究,为后续的智能水表集抄技术提供了新的完整解决思路。
[Abstract]:With the consumption of resources, most of the oilfields in China have entered the middle and late stages of exploitation. In order to solve the problem of formation pressure decline caused by the exploitation of oil resources, the formation pressure is usually maintained by injecting water into the well. At present, the detection of water injection is mostly manual reading and recording, which not only consumes a huge human cost, but also can not guarantee the correct rate of data acquisition. Therefore, automatic meter reading system is particularly important. In this paper, an intelligent water meter reading system based on camera image acquisition and wireless data transmission scheme is proposed according to the requirements of oil field application environment. The camera is used to take pictures and collect the mechanical water meter dial, and the simple processed image data is transmitted to the centralized processing platform acted by PC through the wireless data transmission module. And cooperate with the digital image character recognition algorithm to obtain the water flow data of the water meter. Firstly, the background and development status of the water meter collection and reading system are investigated, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing schemes are compared and analyzed, and the improvement is made in view of the shortcomings. Secondly, the image digital recognition algorithm is deduced, and MATLAB is used to simulate the algorithm, which verifies the feasibility and recognition accuracy of the algorithm. Then, the software and hardware of the intelligent water meter collection reading system are designed, and the complete hardware circuit design analysis and software programming are given. Finally, the meter reading experiment and recognition verification of the designed system are carried out, and the water meter samples under different working environments are tested respectively. The intelligent water meter collection and reading system presented in this paper can realize the data acquisition of water meter in the range of 1.7km, and the recognition accuracy is 卤0.1. The remote reading of water meter data is well realized by the system, and the construction of centralized meter reading network is studied preliminarily, which provides a new and complete solution for the follow-up intelligent water meter collection reading technology.
