基于增强现实的交互式楼盘演示设计及用户体验研究

As the most popular technical means at present, augmented reality has catalyzed products of certain user order in many fields, such as advertising, games, education and so on, and with the continuous improvement of technical level, As well as the mobile terminal computing power continues to strengthen, augmented reality products are becoming more and more exquisite. In this context, by exploring the real demand, this paper combines augmented reality technology with real estate sales, and not only develops interactive real estate demonstration design products based on augmented reality. Pay more attention to the research of interaction design in the process of product implementation. Interactive real estate demonstration design based on augmented reality is guided by requirements analysis and interaction design principles, and its requirements are subdivided into user requirements, scene requirements and functional requirements, including the needs of salespeople. The demand of developers and buyers. After the target population is determined, the usage scenario of the target population should be taken into account and the functional requirements of the interactive real estate should be explored according to the above discussion. Secondly, through the inheritance of the experience of two-dimensional interaction design principles, combined with an application example, three interactive design principles for augmented reality applications are summarized. Through the analysis of requirements and principles, and then guide the realization of interaction mode, interaction process and interaction interface. Based on the realization of interactive real estate demonstration design based on augmented reality, the effective identification diagram is made and the cell and building modeling is carried out on the basis of the recognition diagram, and then the sdk of vuforia is used to track and register. The model is matched on the recognition diagram captured by the mobile phone camera and displayed in the mobile screen. At the same time, considering the particularity of the real estate sales, the first person roaming function is added. Finally, the single finger rotation is realized through the unity script program. The user experience test method is selected from the four angles of qualitative and quantitative, behavioral attitude, user scene and product stage, and heuristic evaluation is used to test the availability of the interaction between double finger magnification and reduction and semicircular sliding. Through the evaluation task to express the usability of the design product to explore the problem, and get the direction of improvement, using the form of face-to-face interviews for interest testing, from the subjective attitude of the user to sum up the design of the product interesting to sum up, The interactive real estate demonstration design based on augmented reality combines the new technology with the real estate field, and with the scientific and effective interaction research and interaction design, in order to improve the availability and interest of the design work.
