统一车辆智能管理平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:时代的到来意味着工作效率的日渐提高,同时也给车辆管理部门带来更大的压力,车辆管理工作无一例外受到领导的高度重视。随着车辆资料价值的日渐提升,公司对车辆管理部门也提出了更高的要求,对车辆早已不限于“用好”,更多地要求“管好”。“提升车辆管理档次,将车辆交给计算机管理”正在成为一种潮流。同时,计算机管理突出优势也在影响车辆管理的机制,将纸质车辆管理与电子车辆管理结合起来,可以大幅度降低车辆管理费用。高效利用现有资源,对车辆统一调配,建设集管理、调度、生产、运行、辅助决策于一体的统一车辆智能管理平台,全面支撑公司车辆运营管理体系行之必然。本课题根据公司需求,为实现公司车辆资源管理的全面统筹,我们通过采用B/S开发模式,构建智能分析模型,展示车辆管理关键业务指标、实时运营状态及经营成果,为后勤整体运营以及工作开展提供决策建议,使各项业务能够科学、有序的开展。本平台在汽车定位上,综合利用卫星导航和移动4G网络进行通信,实现车辆集中管理,通过此技术的应用,不仅可对车辆的运营、油耗、事故、保养、维修、违章等一系列信息进行查询和跟踪,而且还可以对车辆进行实时定位、历史轨迹回放等管理,极大程度促进了管理人员对所拥有汽车状况的了解,在车辆管理信息化和科学化上也起到了促进作用,在节省人、财、物方面也有了很大的提升,此系统的建立,对提升工作效率有了很大的帮助,对促进企业车辆管理规范化、科学化、人性化也起到了较强的作用。目前该平台已顺利完成并在公司持续运行3个月以上,已实现对车辆资源统筹管理,对车辆资源进行优化配置,并实现分析模型重构,对车辆使用环节管理关键性能指标、实时运营状态和经营成果进行展示,使各项业务能够科学、有序的开展。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the times means the increasing efficiency of the work, but also brings greater pressure to the vehicle management department, vehicle management work without exception has been highly valued by the leaders. With the increasing value of vehicle data, the company has also put forward higher requirements for vehicle management departments, the vehicle is no longer limited to "good use", more requirements for "good management". Upgrading vehicle management and handing over vehicles to computer management is becoming a trend. At the same time, the outstanding advantages of computer management are also affecting the mechanism of vehicle management. Combining paper vehicle management with electronic vehicle management can greatly reduce the vehicle management cost. Using the existing resources efficiently, it is necessary to construct a unified vehicle intelligent management platform which integrates management, scheduling, production, operation and auxiliary decision making, and supports the vehicle operation and management system of the company in an all-round way. According to the needs of the company, in order to realize the overall planning of vehicle resource management, we construct an intelligent analysis model by using B / S development model, display the key business indicators of vehicle management, real-time operation status and operating results, and provide decision-making suggestions for the overall operation and work of logistics, so that all kinds of business can be carried out scientifically and orderly. In automobile positioning, the platform makes comprehensive use of satellite navigation and mobile 4G network for communication to realize centralized vehicle management. Through the application of this technology, it can not only query and track a series of information such as vehicle operation, fuel consumption, accident, maintenance, repair, violation and so on, but also can carry on real-time positioning, historical track playback and so on. To a great extent, it has promoted the understanding of the status of the vehicles owned by the managers, played a role in promoting the informationization and scientization of vehicle management, and has also greatly improved in saving people, money and materials. the establishment of this system has been of great help to the improvement of work efficiency, and has also played a strong role in promoting the standardization, scientization and humanization of vehicle management in enterprises. At present, the platform has been successfully completed and continued to run in the company for more than 3 months. It has realized the overall management of vehicle resources, optimized the allocation of vehicle resources, and realized the reconstruction of the analysis model, the key performance indicators of vehicle use link management, real-time operation status and operating results, so that all kinds of business can be carried out scientifically and orderly.
