基于ASP的订单稽核系统应用开发

【摘要】：随着互联网的飞速发展和数据库技术的日趋成熟,以及全业务运营,融合业务的不断涌现,业务流程变得越来越复杂,数据质量问题日益突出。为适应精细化管理工作要求,满足公司内控管控规范,提高稽核效率,利用IT手段实现多方数据资料一致性,解决业务数据的自动化校对问题,帮助相关员工从枯燥的核对工作中脱身出来,更多精力关注问题的解决和协调,提高运维质量。本文是以锦州联通的订单稽核系统的改进为背景提出的,针对公司现有稽核系统自身的特点,即人工稽核订单种类多和订单稽核效率慢,结合订单稽核系统高稽核精度和高效率的要求,根据ASP与Oracle数据库的特点,做出了一种基于ASP的订单稽核系统,以增强稽核系统的性能。传统的稽核方法是采用人工式稽核方法,由稽核中心对营业订单进行手工核对。但是由于稽核系过程中,存在着公司业务类型广,订单种类多,人工工作量大等因素,这些因素会给稽核结果带来一定误差而造成公司收入跑冒滴漏的情况。针对稽核系统中造成收入流失的因素,采用以Oracle数据库为技术支持,以ASP作为连接数据库的语言,设计了基于ASP的订单稽核系统,该系统由业务稽核部门稽核员将营业受理的错误信息录入系统,返回到营业员进行错单处理,处理后稽核员进行稽核结果确认,形成严格的闭环处理流程。该方法在保证订单稽核准确的同时,提高稽核速度,从而提高稽核工作效率。本文采用ASP结合Oracle数据库的PL/SQL Developer集成开发环境,开发了业务稽核管理系统,建立模型,编写程序,对提出稽核方法进行编写开发和验证分析,通过实践结果表明,采用所涉及的稽核系统至今,提高了稽核速率和准确率,并且为公司避免收入流失近百万元,受到公司上下一致好评。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and the maturity of database technology, as well as the full business operation, the business process becomes more and more complex and the problem of data quality is becoming more and more prominent. In order to meet the requirements of fine management, meet the internal control and control norms of the company, improve the audit efficiency, use IT means to achieve the consistency of multi-party data, solve the problem of automatic proofreading of business data, help the relevant employees get out of the boring verification work, pay more attention to the solution and coordination of the problem, and improve the quality of operation and maintenance. This paper is based on the improvement of order audit system of Jinzhou Unicom, aiming at the characteristics of the existing audit system of Jinzhou Unicom, that is, there are many kinds of manual audit orders and slow order audit efficiency, combined with the requirements of high audit accuracy and high efficiency of order audit system, according to the characteristics of ASP and Oracle database, an order audit system based on ASP is proposed to enhance the performance of the audit system. The traditional audit method is to use the artificial audit method, by the audit center to carry on the manual check to the business order. However, in the process of audit, there are many factors, such as a wide range of business types, many types of orders, large manual workload and so on, which will bring some errors to the audit results and lead to the loss of revenue. Aiming at the factors of income loss in the audit system, an order audit system based on ASP is designed by using Oracle database as technical support and ASP as the language of connecting database. The system is input into the error information system by the auditor of the business audit department, and returned to the salesperson for error order processing. After processing, the auditor confirms the audit results and forms a strict closed-loop processing process. This method not only ensures the accuracy of order audit, but also improves the audit speed, so as to improve the efficiency of audit. In this paper, the PL/SQL Developer integrated development environment of ASP and Oracle database is used to develop the business audit management system, establish the model, write the program, write and verify the audit method. The practical results show that the audit rate and accuracy have been improved by using the audit system involved so far, and nearly one million yuan has been avoided for the company to avoid the loss of revenue, which has been well received by the company.
