AIS计划航线电文播发与解析程序设计研究

[Abstract]:At present, 90% of the world trade transportation is completed by sea transportation, the maritime traffic situation is becoming more and more complex, the traffic flow direction is changeable and difficult to determine, the navigation environment is relatively bad, and the risk of safe navigation caused by the complex traffic environment is increasing day by day. If the planned route information of other ships in the area can be grasped in advance, it is helpful for the pilot to make avoidance decision, and for the maritime regulatory agency of the shore station, it can efficiently assist it to master the navigation dynamics of the ship in the supervision area and predict the navigation risks that the ship may encounter, so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of the corresponding navigation accidents of the ships in the jurisdiction. Based on the shipborne automatic identification system (AIS) planned route message information, this paper mainly studies the encapsulation, broadcast and reception, analysis and display of AIS6 (addressing) and No. 8 (broadcast) route messages related to the planned route information message. This paper first describes the basic working mode, communication mode and technical characteristics of AIS communication, then introduces the AIS messages commonly used at sea and the AIS messages recommended by the International Maritime Organization in 2010, and focuses on the design of the content format of the AIS6,8 plan route messages. Then the application solution of planned route message from encapsulation, broadcast to reception and analysis display is developed. the basic architecture and operation mechanism and flow chart of the program are designed, and the serial communication module, message compilation module, verification and sending module, reception and analysis module are designed and developed. Finally, the actual machine test is carried out in the environment of setting up the application software and AIS equipment, and the results meet the expectations. Thus, the maneuverability of the application of AIS planned route message broadcasting and analysis is verified. Based on the collation and analysis of AIS international standard messages and recommended suitable messages, this paper gives the related solutions and applications of maritime planned route message exchange. The application program uses C language programming environment, which is convenient to integrate into the electronic chart display and information system when it is further developed in the future. In the future research, the application of AIS planned route message broadcasting, receiving and analyzing still needs to study two directions: one is to better plan the content field of the message, so that the broadcast field can reach a scientific balance in the aspect of information richness and slot saving; In addition, the program is deeply integrated into the electronic chart display and information system, so that the route information can be more intuitively displayed on the electronic chart, which is convenient for data storage and data analysis and judgment.
