杨浦滨江工业遗产保护与公共空间整治研究

【摘要】：滨水地区曾因靠近水源、具有通航优势，聚集了大量如码头、船厂、纺织厂、水电厂等工业设施。随着科学技术与社会经济的快速发展，城市开始由传统工业社会向工业化后期与后工业化社会进行转变。为适应这一变化过程，城市管理者相应推进实施了一系列诸如产业结构调整、土地功能置换与外迁的改革措施，这些变革也直接改变了城市的产业功能布局，导致滨水区原有大量工业用地的闲置与废弃，进而造成这些片区经济活力走向衰退，空间形象变得破败萧条。同时在滨水工业区衰退的过程中，遗留下大量的工业设施，其厂房建筑、生产流线以及特色的生产设备都具有明显的工业时代特征，内涵重要的文化遗产价值，构成了工业文明的历史记忆。如何有效保护利用滨水地区的工业遗产资源，使之成为新城市空间中的重要组成部分，延续滨水区的城市发展文脉，进而提升滨水区的空间形象品质以及公共服务水平将是本文主要探讨研究的问题。黄浦江是上海的母亲河，百余年来其作为经济中心、工业、能源和供给基地，在城市经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。近年来随着上海市推动城市产业结构调整、举办世博会等一系列措施，黄浦江沿岸原有工业功能正在逐步外迁，空间形象破败，同样面临着滨水区空间重整与开发再利用的问题。杨树浦地区是上海市近现代工业的发祥地，聚集了大量的工业厂房，面临着巨大的空间改造压力。本文以杨浦滨江地区为研究对象，，以实际工程项目为依托，在分析滨江工业区的历史文化价值以及景观风貌特征的基础上，研究滨水工业遗产区的城市复兴与空间重构的规划设计策略。
[Abstract]:Waterfront area is close to water source and has the advantage of navigation. It has gathered a large number of industrial facilities such as wharf, shipyard, textile mill, hydropower plant and so on. With the rapid development of science and technology and social economy. The city began to change from the traditional industrial society to the post-industrialization society. In order to adapt to this changing process, the city managers have carried out a series of industrial structure adjustment accordingly. The reform measures of land function replacement and relocation, these changes also directly changed the industrial function layout of the city, resulting in the original large amount of industrial land idle and abandoned in waterfront. In turn, the economic vitality of these regions into recession, spatial image become dilapidated and depression. At the same time, during the decline of waterfront industrial zone, a large number of industrial facilities have been left behind. The factory buildings, production streamline and characteristic production equipment all have obvious characteristics of the industrial age. The important cultural heritage value constitutes the historical memory of industrial civilization. How to effectively protect and utilize the industrial heritage resources in waterfront area and make it become an important part of the new urban space. To continue the urban development of waterfront, and then to improve the spatial image quality and public service level of waterfront will be the main research issues in this paper. The Huangpu River is the mother river of Shanghai, for more than 100 years it has been the economic center, industrial, energy and supply base. It plays an important role in the development of urban economy and society. In recent years, with a series of measures such as promoting the adjustment of urban industrial structure and holding the World Expo in Shanghai, the original industrial functions along the Huangpu River are gradually moving out of the country. The image of space is dilapidated, and it also faces the problem of space reorganization and exploitation and reuse of waterfront. Yangshupu area is the birthplace of modern industry in Shanghai. It has gathered a large number of industrial factories and is facing great pressure of space transformation. This paper takes Yangpu riverside area as the research object and relies on the actual engineering project. Based on the analysis of the historical and cultural value and landscape features of Binjiang Industrial Zone, the planning and design strategies of urban rejuvenation and spatial reconstruction of waterfront industrial heritage area are studied.
