【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的快速发展,人民物质文化生活水平的不断提高,建筑业和建筑施工企业呈现出快速发展趋势,已经成为国民经济的支柱产业之一。近年来,建筑市场的逐步成熟和对外开放,建筑施工企业间竞争日益加剧,建筑施工企业迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。企业为了在激烈的市场竞争中谋求持续健康稳定的发展,保持长期的竞争优势,企业纷纷在系统分析自身状况的基础上,深度研究产业发展方向,理性判断市场环境,制定具有整体性、前瞻性的发展战略。中铁八局集团隶属于世界500强的中国中铁股份公司的全资子公司,成立于1952年,注册资本金17.64亿元人民币,职工人数12000余人,拥有各类、各级施工资质90余项,年施工能力在300亿元以上人民币。60余年来,一直致力于铁路工程项目的施工,非铁路工程项目相对较少。近年来,由于铁路市场的进一步开放,市场竞争的加剧,铁路市场和非铁路市场成为企业参与竞争的两大主体市场,为此,面对当前的机遇与挑战,建筑施工企业制定什么样的发展战略?定位在什么样的高度?如何在激烈的竞争环境下保持强大的发展态势,就成了一个亟待解决的重大课题。 本文共分七章对企业国内市场战略进行研究。第一章绪论,阐明了问题提出、研究的意义以及研究的思路、方法和论文的结构;第二章主要从公司的基本状况、法人治理结构、股权结构、资质情况、科技开发及产业结构等方面分析了企业的现状;第三章从宏观环境、行业发展、竞争结构以及竞争对手等方面分析了企业所处的外部环境;第四章从企业的生产经营状况、经营能力、竞争优势以及存在的问题等方面分析了企业内部资源能力;第五章SWOT分析,分别就铁路和非铁路两大市场进行分析;第六章发展战略,阐明了企业愿景、使命、发展模式和发展目标;第七章从总体要求、主要措施、绩效评价及控制与改进等四个方面按阐述了战略实施与管理;最后是结论,提出了企业未来五年的发展方向和发展目标,为企业的生存和发展提供了理论指导。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy and the continuous improvement of people's material and cultural living standards, the construction industry and construction enterprises have shown a rapid development trend, which has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy in recent years. With the gradual maturity of the construction market and the opening to the outside world, the competition between construction enterprises is increasingly intensified. Construction enterprises welcome unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In order to seek sustained, healthy and stable development in the fierce market competition, enterprises maintain long-term competitive advantage. On the basis of systematic analysis of their own conditions, enterprises have studied the direction of industrial development in depth, rationally judged the market environment, and formulated with integrity. China Railway Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Railway Co., Ltd., established in 1952, with a registered capital of one billion seven hundred and sixty-four million yuan. The number of staff and workers is more than 12000, with more than 90 construction qualifications at all levels, the annual construction capacity is more than 30 billion yuan RMB .60 years, has been committed to the construction of railway projects. In recent years, due to the further opening of the railway market and the intensification of market competition, the railway market and non-railway market have become the two main markets for enterprises to participate in the competition. In the face of the current opportunities and challenges, what kind of development strategy does the construction enterprise formulate? At what altitude? How to maintain a strong development situation in the fierce competitive environment has become a major issue to be solved. This paper is divided into seven chapters to study the domestic market strategy of enterprises. The first chapter is an introduction to clarify the question raised, the significance of the study and the research ideas, methods and the structure of the paper; The second chapter mainly from the company's basic situation, corporate governance structure, equity structure, qualification, scientific and technological development and industrial structure and other aspects of the analysis of the current situation of enterprises; The third chapter analyzes the external environment of the enterprise from the macro environment, industry development, competition structure and competitors. Chapter 4th analyzes the internal resource capability of the enterprise from the aspects of the production and management, the management ability, the competitive advantage and the existing problems. Chapter 5th SWOT analysis, respectively on the railway and non-railway market analysis; Chapter 6th: development strategy, expounding enterprise vision, mission, development model and development goal; Chapter 7th expounds the strategic implementation and management from four aspects: general requirements, main measures, performance evaluation and control and improvement. Finally, the paper puts forward the development direction and goal of the enterprise in the next five years, which provides theoretical guidance for the survival and development of the enterprise.
