禄口机场项目的施工成本控制研究

【摘要】：作为传统的、劳动密集型产业——岩土工程,一直实行粗放式经营,而对施工过程中关于成本控制的理念、方法和措施十分弱化。而近几年随着建设项目增速的相对减缓,以及岩土施工单位的迅速增加,导致岩土施工企业出现产值高、利润率少的现象。文章以江苏省南京市禄口国际机场二期航站楼基础工程项目为案例,把科学的施工项目成本管理理论、方法应用于传统的、劳动密集型、粗放式经营的岩土工程项目施工成本管理中,为控制正在逐渐下降的岩土工程项目利润提供新思路,也为同行有关相似的问题提供借鉴。论文首先详细阐述了施工项目成本控制的现状,介绍了目前的施工项目成本控制背景,从成本管理的意义、特点、对象、体系和成本控制方法等几个方面介绍了岩土施工项目成本控制的基本理论；然后深入分析了江苏省南京市禄口国际机场二期航站楼基础工程施工过程中存在的问题,并有针对性地设计了全过程的施工成本控制方案,同时对控制方案的实施效果进行了评价；最后并通过运用偏差分析法检验,从结构性分析和总体性分析两个角度论证了该方案的合理性和有效性。岩土工程项目在成本控制方面存在着较大机会、挑战。为了实现全员的、全系统、全过程的成本控制,只有通过成本管理策略,即完善的制度建设、明确的权责利划分,同时加强过程控制,落实岩工工程项目施工过程中各个环节的成本管理,才能真正实现目标成本,保证岩土工程企业的键康发展。
[Abstract]:As a traditional, labor-intensive industry-geotechnical engineering, has been implementing extensive management, and the concept of cost control in the construction process. The methods and measures are very weak. But in recent years with the relatively slow growth of construction projects and the rapid increase of geotechnical construction units, the production value of geotechnical construction enterprises appears to be high. This paper takes the basic engineering project of Lukou International Airport II in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province as an example, applies the scientific cost management theory of construction project to the traditional and labor-intensive project. In the construction cost management of extensive geotechnical engineering project, it provides a new idea for controlling the declining profit of geotechnical engineering project, and also provides reference for similar problems. Firstly, the paper expatiates on the current situation of construction project cost control, introduces the background of construction project cost control, the significance, characteristics and object of cost management. The basic theory of cost control of geotechnical construction project is introduced in several aspects, such as system and cost control method. Then in-depth analysis of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province Lukou International Airport in the second phase of the airport construction process of the basic construction process problems, and targeted design of the whole process of construction cost control scheme. At the same time, the effect of the control scheme is evaluated. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the scheme are demonstrated from two aspects of structural analysis and overall analysis by using deviation analysis method. In order to achieve the cost control of the whole staff, the whole system, the whole process of cost control, only through the cost management strategy, that is, perfect system construction. In order to realize the target cost and ensure the development of geotechnical engineering enterprise, the definite division of power, responsibility and benefit, strengthening the process control and implementing the cost management of every link in the construction process of rock engineering project can really realize the target cost and guarantee the development of geotechnical engineering enterprise.
