钢结构住宅体系的技术经济分析及产业化研究

【摘要】：我国改革开放以来,钢铁工业得到了很大的发展。我国钢产量自1996年首次突破1亿吨后,一直位居世界第一,为我国建筑用钢提供了充足的原材料储备。我国政府对建筑用钢的政策也从20世纪50-60年代的限制使用,到20世纪80年代的合理使用,最后到20世纪90年代的鼓励使用,为我国钢结构住宅的发展提供了政策上的支持。近年来,我国钢结构住宅产业得到了长足的发展,钢结构住宅也受到越来越广泛的重视和推广。本文系统地阐述了国内外钢结构住宅的发展现状与应用前景,论述了钢结构住宅的优缺点以及存在的问题。总结了钢结构住宅几种常用结构体系以及各个结构体系的优缺点和钢结构住宅的各项技术要求。本文以钢结构住宅体系和传统的钢筋混凝土住宅体系为研究对象,运用理论与实践、定量与定性相结合的方法,通过已建工程实例,运用价值工程理论对两种结构体系的有关经济技术指标进行对比分析,结合我国的国情,根据钢结构住宅的特点,提出了我国钢结构住宅产业化发展过程中存在的问题及相关的对策。随着国民经济的快速发展和建筑施工技术的不断进步,钢结构住宅的发展和推广将打开一个崭新的局面,将成为我国住宅产业一个新的发展方向和必然趋势。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, the iron and steel industry has been greatly developed. China's steel output has been ranked first in the world since 1996, when it first exceeded 100 million tons. The policy of our government on the construction steel from 20th century to the 50-60 's limited use, to 1980s reasonable use. Finally, the encouragement to use in 1990s has provided policy support for the development of steel structure housing in China. In recent years, the steel structure housing industry in China has been greatly developed. The steel structure residence also receives more and more widespread attention and promotion. In this paper, the present situation and application prospect of steel structure residence at home and abroad are described systematically. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages and the existing problems of the steel structure residence, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of common structure system and each structure system of the steel structure residence, and the various technical requirements of the steel structure residence. In this paper, the steel structure housing system and the traditional reinforced concrete housing system as the research object, using the theory and practice, quantitative and qualitative methods, through the built project examples. By using the theory of value engineering, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the relevant economic and technical indexes of the two structural systems, and combines with the national conditions of our country, according to the characteristics of the steel structure housing. The problems existing in the development of steel structure housing industrialization in China and the relevant countermeasures are put forward. With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous progress of construction technology, the development and promotion of steel structure housing will open a new situation, and will become a new development direction and inevitable trend of our country's housing industry.
