专用助磨剂对高石灰石掺量PC水泥强度和流动性影响因素的研究

【摘要】:在节能减排的大环境下,水泥中混合材的掺入量越来越大,由于石灰石具有很高的性价比,因此首当其冲的作为主要的混合材添加到水泥当中去。本课题研究大掺量石灰石专用助磨剂的对高掺量石灰石PC水泥组成分布和性能的影响,探索加入助磨剂前后影响水泥水化的可能因素。采用激光粒度仪、X射线衍射仪、热分析仪、自制电导率仪、自制水化热仪、扫描电镜等仪器设备进行各个方面的性能的探究。实验主要对掺入大掺量石灰石专用助磨剂与未掺助磨剂粉磨的水泥试样进行性能方面的对比研究。结果表明,掺有大掺量石灰石专用助磨剂试样的各水化龄期强度均有提高,流动性增加了,凝结时间缩短了,但对稠度的影响不大。大掺量石灰石专用助磨剂有很好的集中颗粒的效果,适当的延长粉磨时间,可以使得颗粒更加集中,且峰值会朝向细颗粒方向移动,有利于水泥水化。实验中还发现,早期水化放热不是影响浆体流动性的主要原因,水泥颗粒的形貌和粒径分布才是主要的影响因素;对强度的影响不取决于水化进程,强度的增加主要受到的是水化产物的种类和形态的影响。大掺量石灰石专用助磨剂对PC水泥中的熟料、石灰石等混合材均有一定的粉磨效果,并且粉磨颗粒以活性较高的多菱角状居多。
[Abstract]:In the environment of energy saving and emission reduction, the mixing amount of cement is more and more large, because limestone has a very high performance and price ratio. Therefore, the first to be added to the cement as the main mixture. This paper studies the influence of high content limestone special grinding aids on the composition distribution and properties of high content limestone PC cement. The possible factors affecting the hydration of cement before and after the addition of grinding aids were explored. X-ray diffractometer, thermal analyzer, self-made conductivity meter and self-made hydration calorimeter were used. Scanning electron microscope and other instruments were used to explore the performance of various aspects. The experiment mainly studied the performance of cement samples mixed with large amount of limestone special grinding aids and those without grinding aids. The results show that. The hydration age strength, fluidity and setting time of the samples with large amount of limestone special grinding aids have been increased, and the setting time has been shortened. However, there is little effect on consistency. Large amount of limestone special grinding aids have a good effect on the concentration of particles. By prolonging the grinding time properly, the particles can be more concentrated and the peak value will move towards the direction of fine particles. It is also found that the early hydration heat release is not the main reason to affect the slurry fluidity, and the morphology and particle size distribution of cement particles are the main influencing factors. The effect on strength is not dependent on the hydration process. The increase of strength is mainly affected by the types and forms of hydration products. The mixture of limestone and other materials has certain grinding effect, and the grinding particles are mostly multi-rhombic with higher activity.
