周至县中心街街道景观更新改造设计研究

【摘要】：从1978年改革开放到至今三十年有余，伴随着强势的经济腾飞，我国的城市空间急速扩张，城市范围不断扩大。一方面原有的城市设施在使用中损耗和破败，另一方面城市大拆大建的发展模式，许多街道景观和风貌遭到破坏，逐渐失去了其原有的街道特色。与此同时，人们对景观质量要求的不断提高和城市对自身形象竞争力的更高诉求，我国大批城市在建设新城的同时对老城区进行街景整治。街景整治的意义不仅仅是快速简便的改变城市风貌特征，更应该是一种可持续性改造，其在历史传承，经济效益，社会意义等方面都优于大拆大建式的改造模式。从城市发展战略角度上看，街景整治对城市的历史文化经行传承和扩张带来新的契机，促进城镇的重新定位和发展方向的转型。本论文第一章为绪论章节，主要介绍了街景更新改造设计产生于我国城市快速扩张的历史背景下，阐述了国内外此类研究实践的总体现状及其问题。第二章运用了街道美学原理和街道构成理论，将街道整体景观分解为街道空间，沿街建筑立面，绿化景观小品，道路铺装，街道家具五个系统进行分类研究。第三章以第二章介绍的街道景观特色成因分析为基础，从宏观县域到微观街道系统，从自然风貌到人文环境，分析了周至县优势特色及其发展定位，研究现状中存在的问题和机会，将现状调研分析方法进行运用，明确了工作方向及其重点。第四章以街道构成理论为基础，，分析街道改造的原则与目标，及其设计过程，并提出了更新改造的设计方法。第五章是理论的实践，依托上位规划调整分析，基于街道要素构成理论，运用更新改造设计的一般方法，从宏观规划控制到街道要素系统具体实施方案。第七章试图总结反思街景改造过程中经验教训和方法，希望对以后的城镇街景更新改造，尤其是关中文化背景环境下的此类项目定位操作起到一定的参考借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:From 1978 to more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, with the strong economic take-off, the urban space of our country expands rapidly. On the one hand, the original urban facilities in the use of wear and tear, on the other hand, the urban development model of large-scale demolition and construction, many streets and landscape has been destroyed. Gradually lost its original street characteristics. At the same time, people on the continuous improvement of landscape quality and the city of their own image competitiveness higher demand. A large number of cities in China in the construction of new cities at the same time the old urban landscape renovation. The significance of streetscape renovation is not only to change the features of the city quickly and easily, but also to transform it sustainably, which can be inherited in history and economic benefits. From the perspective of urban development strategy, Street View renovation brings a new opportunity to the historical and cultural heritage and expansion of the city. To promote the relocation of cities and towns and the transformation of the direction of development. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction chapter, mainly introduced the street scene renewal transformation design under the historical background of our country city rapid expansion. This paper expounds the general situation and problems of this kind of research practice at home and abroad. The second chapter uses the principle of street aesthetics and the theory of street composition to decompose the whole street landscape into street space and build facade along the street. Green landscape sketch, road pavement, street furniture five systems for classification research. Chapter three is based on the analysis of the street landscape characteristics introduced in chapter two, from the macro county area to the micro street system. From the natural style to the humanistic environment, this paper analyzes the advantages of Zhouzhi County and its development orientation, the existing problems and opportunities in the research situation, and applies the method of investigation and analysis of the present situation. Chapter 4th is based on the theory of street construction, analyzes the principles and objectives of street reconstruction, and puts forward the design method of renewal transformation. Chapter 5th is the practice of theory. Relying on the upper planning adjustment and analysis, based on the theory of street element composition, the general method of updating and reforming design is used. From the macro planning control to the specific implementation scheme of street factor system. Chapter 7th attempts to summarize the experience and methods in the process of street landscape reform, hoping to update and transform the street view in the future. Especially in Guanzhong cultural background, this kind of project positioning operation plays a reference role.
