旅游开发背景下张谷英村居住形态解析

【摘要】：近几十年来，，传统村落的关注度一直在升温，并逐渐成为许多游客所青睐的旅游目的地。张谷英村于上世纪90年代开始走上旅游开发的道路，发展至今已有十多年的旅游开发历史。将古村落作为一种旅游资源进行开发，一方面可以使传统建筑文化得以较好的传承，另一方面能够促进当地经济发展，使古村落得以较好的保存与发展。但是要保护好传统聚落，不仅仅是保护几栋有价值的老房子，从本质上说，传统聚落的人居环境品质得到延续和提升也是保护的意义所在。本文聚焦张谷英村居住形态，从张谷英村村民居住的“形式”与“神态”两方面探析旅游开发以来村镇的变化。本文将居住形态分为两个层面，一是代表“形式”的居住空间形式，另一个是代表“神态”的居民生活方式。其中，居住空间形式包括村落整体空间、居住外部空间、居住过渡空间和居住内部空间；居民生活方式包括家庭生活方式、邻里生活方式和社区生活方式。居住生活发生在居住空间环境之中；居住空间形式由居住生活方式直接决定，并对之产生一定的限制或促进作用。本文的重点研究内容为旅游开发以来张谷英村的居住形态变化，为了清晰梳理并分析这些变化，文章论述过程分为三个部分。第一部分简介张谷英村并调查描述村落居住形态的现状；第二部分为本文核心章节，介绍张谷英村旅游开发发展历程以及开发以来居住形态的变化；第三部分为旅游开发背景下居住形态变化的影响因素分析。文章最后对旅游开发对张谷英村形态带来的变化做系统的总结。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, the attention of traditional villages has been increasing, and gradually become a popular tourist destination for many tourists. Zhang Guying began to take the road of tourism development in -10s. It has been more than ten years of tourism development history to develop ancient villages as a kind of tourism resources, on the one hand, can make the traditional architectural culture to be better inheritance, on the other hand, can promote the local economic development. So that the ancient villages can be better preserved and developed. But to protect the traditional settlements, not only to protect a few valuable old houses, in essence. The traditional settlement of human settlements to continue and improve the quality of the environment is also the significance of protection. This article focuses on the residential form of Zhang Gu Ying Village. This paper probes into the changes of villages and towns since the development of tourism from the two aspects of "form" and "appearance" of the villagers living in Zhang Guying Village. This article divides the residential form into two levels, one is the residential space form which represents the "form", the other is the resident life style which represents the "look". Among them, the residential space form includes the whole space of the village. Living outer space, living transition space and living interior space; The resident life style includes the family life style, the neighborhood life style and the community life style. The form of living space is determined directly by the way of living, and has certain restriction or promotion function to it. This paper focuses on the development of tourism since the residential changes of Zhang Guying Village, in order to clearly comb and analyze these changes. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is a brief introduction of Zhang Guying Village and an investigation and description of the current situation of the village residential form; The second part is the core chapter of this paper, which introduces the development course of Zhanggu Yingcun tourism and the changes of residential form since the development. The third part is the analysis of the influencing factors of the change of residential form under the background of tourism development. Finally, the paper makes a systematic summary of the changes brought by tourism development to Zhang Guying Village.
