滨州医学院G2公寓楼建设项目成本控制研究

【摘要】：我国高等教育体制改革不断深入,滨州医学院紧紧把握这一重大战略发展机遇,不断扩大办学规模,随之带来的是在校生人数的急剧增加,原有的校园资源不能满足学校正常运转的需求,这势必要求学校加强对基本建设的投入。然而,目前学校资金来源渠道窄,基本建设资金筹措有限,因此,在保证工程质量和工期的前提下加强建设项目的成本控制,使有限的投入达到效益最大化,就成为学校基本建设工作要面对的一项重要任务,对学校基本建设成本控制的分析与研究显得尤为重要。本文首先明确了研究的目的和意义,分析了国内外工程项目成本控制研究的现状,分别详细研究了目标成本管理理论、价值链理论、收益值分析理论和项目制造的生命周期理论等建设项目成本控制的基本理论：然后,本文对滨州医学院’G2公寓楼的建设实例进行了研究,分析采用了费用偏差分析法来测量和计算已完工作预算费用(BCWP)、已完工作实际费用(ACWP)和计划工作预算费用(BCWS),对工程的进度情况和工程消耗的费用情况进行实时监控和分析,发现项目建设过程存在的问题,最后,对建设项目的各个阶段进行了成本控制的方法和对策的探讨,并提出建议。工程项目成本控制必须围绕成本控制这个中心,构建一套贯穿全体施工人员以及公司各部门的项目成木控制体系,在企业中建立工程成木控制责任制,实施全面和全员的控制,促进工程管理水平以及施工、技术水平的全面提高。希望本文的研究能对滨州医学院G2公寓楼项目的成本控制提供参考和指导的意义。
[Abstract]:The reform of our country's higher education system is deepening constantly. Binzhou Medical College has grasped this important strategic development opportunity and expanded the scale of running a school, which has brought about a sharp increase in the number of students in the school. The original campus resources cannot meet the needs of the normal operation of the school, which is bound to require the school to strengthen its investment in capital construction. However, at present, the funding sources of the school are narrow and the capital construction financing is limited, so, Strengthening the cost control of the construction project and maximizing the benefit of the limited investment under the premise of ensuring the project quality and the construction period have become an important task for the school capital construction work. It is particularly important to analyze and study the cost control of school capital construction. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the research are clarified, the current situation of the research on cost control of engineering projects at home and abroad is analyzed, and the theory of target cost management is studied in detail. The theory of value chain, the theory of profit value analysis and the theory of life cycle of project manufacturing, and so on, the basic theory of cost control of construction project: then, this paper studies the construction example of Gui G2 apartment building of Binzhou Medical College. The cost deviation analysis method is used to measure and calculate the estimated cost of the finished work, the actual cost of the finished work and the cost of the planned work budget. The progress of the project and the cost of the project consumption are monitored and analyzed in real time. Finally, the paper discusses the methods and countermeasures of cost control in each stage of the construction project, and puts forward some suggestions. The cost control of the project must revolve around the center of cost control. Set up a set of project wood control system which runs through all the construction personnel and all departments of the company, establish the engineering timber control responsibility system in the enterprise, carry out the overall and all-staff control, promote the project management level and construction, It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference and guidance for the cost control of G2 apartment building of Binzhou Medical College.
