南方地区公共建筑表皮的生态性研究

【摘要】:伴随着社会经济的发展,能源消耗量逐渐上升,从而引发的能源危机和环境污染问题成为全球人类共同关注的议题。表皮作为建筑的重要组成部分,是建筑与外界进行对话的直接载体,其生态性直接影响到建筑的能耗及室内环境的质量。本文针对南方地区公共建筑表皮的生态性进行研究,以期对我国建筑的生态性研究有一定的借鉴作用。 全文共分六章,其中涉及以下几个方面内容: 第一章:主要介绍课题研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究内容与方法、研究意义; 第二章:论述相关概念与理论基础。包括生态建筑和建筑表皮两方面的相关理论,并提出表皮包括的三大要素——外围护墙与幕墙、门窗、屋顶。重点分析总结生态观影响下的建筑表皮设计特征,,最后介绍了南方地区气候特点与规范要求,为文章后面论述奠定理论基础; 第三章:外围护墙与幕墙是公共建筑表皮的重要组成要素,不论是对建筑形式美方面的影响还是对建筑能耗方面的影响都起着决定性的作用。先着眼于概念及热工性,引进热工性能的表征方法,为生态性的分析奠定必要的知识基础;而后通过对部分作品的归纳得出当代建筑幕墙的艺术形式表现特征;最后从材料的自防护性能,幕墙的“双层”“多层”模式防护,细部策略四分方面分析总结得出外围护墙与幕墙的相关生态技术策略; 第四章:首先通过分析总结门窗在表皮上的构成形式,而后进一步讨论开口方式、气密性、材料的选择及太阳辐射的控制,通过上述方面研究得出门窗的生态技术策略; 第五章:针对屋顶形式特点和屋顶材料的地方性表达进行论述,重点分析屋顶的传统和新型生态构造技术,得出适宜的屋顶生态技术策略。 文章最后通过对实际案例进行分析,基于材料性能、构造技术、技术美学价值方面分析外围护墙与幕墙、门窗、屋顶三大要素的生态策略,进一步论证研究成果的可实践性。 通过上述方面的研究与总结,希望能够为南方地区公共建筑表皮的生态设计与研究提供一些切实可行,具有一定参考价值的成果。以促进我国经济建设与环境资源两者之间的协调发展,并为社会的可持续性发展发挥重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the energy consumption is rising gradually, and the energy crisis and environmental pollution have become the common concern of the whole world. The epidermis is an important part of architecture. It is a direct carrier for building to talk with the outside world, and its ecology directly affects the energy consumption of buildings and the quality of indoor environment. In this paper, the ecological characteristics of the skin of public buildings in southern China are studied. With a view to the ecological study of Chinese architecture has a certain reference. The full text is divided into six chapters, which involve the following aspects:. Chapter one: mainly introduces the research background, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research content and the method, the research significance; The second chapter: discusses the related concepts and theoretical basis, including the ecological building and building skin two aspects of the relevant theory, and puts forward the skin including three elements-peripheral wall and curtain wall, doors and windows, Roof. The characteristics of architectural epidermis design under the influence of ecological view are analyzed and summarized. Finally, the characteristics of climate and the standard requirements in southern China are introduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for the discussion in the later part of the article. Chapter three: the exterior wall and curtain wall are important elements of the public building skin, which plays a decisive role in both the influence on the beauty of the building form and the influence on the energy consumption of the building. Introduction of the characterization of thermal performance for the ecological analysis of the necessary knowledge foundation; then through the induction of some works of contemporary architectural curtain wall art form characteristics; finally from the material self-protection performance, The "double layer" "multi-layer" mode protection of curtain wall, detailed strategy four aspects of analysis and summary of the peripheral wall and curtain wall related ecological technical strategy; Chapter 4th: firstly, through analyzing and summarizing the structure of doors and windows on the surface, then further discussing the opening way, air tightness, material selection and solar radiation control, through the study of the above aspects, the ecological technology strategy of doors and windows is obtained. Chapter 5th: according to the characteristics of roof form and the local expression of roof material, the traditional and new ecological structure technology of roof is analyzed emphatically, and the suitable ecological technology strategy of roof is obtained. In the end, the paper analyzes the ecological strategy of three main factors of peripheral wall and curtain wall, door and window, roof, based on material performance, construction technology and technical aesthetic value, and further demonstrates the practicability of the research results. Through the research and summary of the above aspects, it is hoped that the ecological design and research of the skin of the public buildings in the southern region can be provided with some practical and feasible. In order to promote the harmonious development between economic construction and environmental resources in China and play an important role in the sustainable development of society.
