绿色建筑理念在金谷大厦项目节能质量管理中的应用

【摘要】：随着我国的经济的快速发展，建筑业取得了很大发展，绿色建筑是建筑业发展的方向。随着现阶段低碳节能技术的迅速发展，各种节能新技术、新工艺、新材料成功的运用到建筑当中，新的节能质量管理措施也要跟上。本文从绿色建筑的内涵着手，分析和总结天津市金谷大厦工程运用绿色建筑理念，进行节能质量管理的措施、经验，找出传统质量管理措施在实施过程中存在的问题，提出节能质量控制环节的制度保障和标准完善。以可持续发展的绿色建筑理念指导绿色建筑的健康发展，提高绿色建筑节能质量管理水平，推进节能与绿色建筑的进展。目前传统的节能质量管理存在着有些单位只注重中间检查和验收结果上，并为此付出大量的时间和精力，开始往往事与愿违，事倍功半。使绿色建筑的节能减排、绿色环保大打折扣。必须运用绿色建筑理念加强节能质量管理，主要从三方面入手：首先要保证内容和方法的全面，从内容来看，不但要重视提高建筑产品质量，也要重视提高生产建筑产品的工作质量；从方法来看，要灵活采用多种技术方法，主要涉及工作管理、专业生产技术、成本分析以及数据统计等多个领域。其次要针对整个生产过程进行控制，，不仅包括市场调查环节、产品研发环节，还包括生产前期准备环节、制造环节，此外还包括检验、运输、存贮环节以及销售环节。再次要对全体人员加强节能质量管理，进一步明确每一个人的责任，这些人员不仅包括企业的管理人员、技术人员，还包括普通的工人。以保证绿色建筑达到真正“绿色”。了解传统的节能质量管理存在问题，并对其进行全面控制改进，将绿色建筑理念运用到工程实践中，为企业和社会创造效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has made great progress, green building is the direction of construction industry. With the rapid development of low-carbon energy-saving technology, various new energy-saving technologies, new processes, With the successful application of new materials to buildings, the new measures of energy saving quality management should be kept up with. This paper begins with the connotation of green building, analyzes and summarizes the measures of energy saving quality management in Tianjin Jingu Building Project using the concept of green building. This paper finds out the problems existing in the implementation of the traditional quality management measures, and puts forward the system guarantee and standard perfection of the link of energy saving quality control so as to guide the healthy development of the green building with the idea of sustainable development. Improve the level of green building energy-saving quality management, promote the progress of energy-saving and green building. At present, there are some units in traditional energy-saving quality management that only pay attention to intermediate inspection and acceptance results, and devote a lot of time and energy to this. At first, the energy conservation and emission reduction of green buildings will be greatly reduced. We must use the concept of green buildings to strengthen energy conservation quality management, mainly from three aspects: first of all, we must ensure the content and methods to be comprehensive. In terms of content, attention should be paid not only to improving the quality of construction products, but also to improving the working quality of building products. In terms of methods, it is necessary to adopt a variety of technical methods flexibly, mainly involving job management and professional production techniques.
