T型铸钢节点静动力性能分析

【摘要】:由于良好的动力性能,铸钢节点已经在国内外得到广泛应用。目前,铸钢节点主要应用于结构中的典型节点(即杆件与杆件相连的节点)、锚具夹具和支座节点等结构构件中。已有的研究主要是针对具体工程中应用到的铸钢节点,利用软件进行弹性或塑性的应力、应变分析以及破坏机理的研究或针对具体工程的节点进行足尺试验,但是其相对深入的理论研究和受力分析还处于起步阶段。本文运用大型通用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS对T型铸钢节点静动力学性能进行数值分析。论文主要开展了以下三个方面的研究工作: (1)分别计算了不同几何参数下T型铸钢节点在支管受轴向荷载情况下的静力极限承载力,并且考虑倒角系数对于极限承载力的影响,通过非线性回归分析,得出了铸钢节点轴向承载力简化计算公式,并与国内外规范计算结果进行对比。 (2)在其他参数保持不变的情况下分别变化节点管径比、径厚比、主管长径比和倒角系数等参数,得到该参数对节点滞回曲线、滞回耗能性能和延性比等节点性能指标的影响并对各个参数对节点的影响进行对比分析,总体评价了T型铸钢节点的抗震性能。 (3)建立了T型铸钢节点动态抗冲击分析模型,采用有限元分析方法分析T型铸钢节点在不同冲击动能下的响应,得出节点受冲击后的变形、节点的位移时程曲线、冲击力时程曲线,揭示了铸钢节点冲击变形的变化规律及冲击过程中节点能量的变化,并研究了随节点管径比、径厚比、主管长径比等几何参数变化节点响应的规律。
[Abstract]:Due to its good dynamic performance, cast steel joints have been widely used at home and abroad. The cast steel joints are mainly used in typical structural members such as the joints connected with the bars, the anchoring fixtures and the support joints, etc. The existing research is mainly aimed at the cast steel joints used in specific projects. Elastic or plastic stress, strain analysis, failure mechanism research or full-scale test for the joints of a specific project by means of software, However, its relatively deep theoretical research and stress analysis are still in its infancy. In this paper, the static and dynamic properties of T-shaped cast steel joints are numerically analyzed by using the large-scale general nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The main work of this paper is to carry out the static and dynamic analysis of T-cast steel joints. The following three aspects of research work were carried out:. 1) the static ultimate bearing capacity of T-shaped cast steel joints under axial load is calculated under different geometric parameters. Considering the influence of chamfer coefficient on ultimate bearing capacity, nonlinear regression analysis is carried out. A simplified formula for calculating the axial bearing capacity of cast steel joints is obtained and compared with the calculated results of codes at home and abroad. Under the condition that other parameters remain unchanged, the parameters such as diameter ratio, ratio of diameter to thickness, ratio of length to diameter and chamfer coefficient are changed respectively, and the hysteretic curve of the joint is obtained. The effects of hysteretic energy dissipation performance and ductility ratio on the performance of the joints are compared and analyzed. The seismic behavior of T-shaped cast steel joints is evaluated as a whole. The dynamic impact analysis model of T cast steel joint is established. The response of T cast steel joint under different impact kinetic energy is analyzed by finite element method, and the deformation and displacement time history curve of the joint after impact are obtained. The time history curve of impact force reveals the change law of impact deformation of cast steel joints and the change of joint energy during impact. The response of joints with geometric parameters such as pipe diameter ratio, diameter to thickness ratio and ratio of length to diameter is studied.
