夏热冬冷地区村镇建筑墙体热工性能研究

【摘要】:随着“十二五”规划建设社会主义新农村理念的提出,广大农村地区的建设受到多方面的重视。而农村住宅建设一直处于落后状况,其主要问题在于农村地区所使用的墙体材料性能差、施工技术落后,缺乏系统的有效的保温节能体系。如果照搬城市建筑的节能规范和节能技术措施,不仅不符合农村的地域特点和建筑文化,而且还会造成严重的资源浪费和造价的提高。 本文以夏热冬冷地区农村建筑墙体材料为研究对象,以适宜性技术理念为理论基础,对其热工性能开展系统研究,为围护结构材料的优选及实际的应用提出指导型意见,为促进建筑节能的发展提供参考价值。 本文首先对夏热冬冷地区农村建筑墙体材料和室内热环境进行了实地调研,,了解目前农村围护结构材料的构造的现状及特点,并根据适宜于农村建筑墙体材料的文献资料,选取建筑材料作为研究对象。然后分别从理论分析和试验研究(热流计法和红外热像仪法)两个方面分析墙体材料的热工性能。最后对各类墙体传热系数的理论计算值和试验值进行系统的归纳对比分析研究,建立适用于农村建筑的保温体系,从而形成针对夏热冬冷地区农村建筑的保温体系系统的研究资料,对我国农村建筑节能技术提供一定的指导意义。 本文以大量的实地调研为基础,构建出适用于夏热冬冷地区村镇建筑的保温体系,对改善村镇居住热环境,提高生活质量,降低能耗,具有一定的现实意义和实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the concept of "the 12th Five-Year Plan" to build a new socialist countryside, the construction of the vast rural areas has received attention from many aspects. However, the construction of rural housing has been in a backward situation. The main problems lie in the poor performance of wall materials used in rural areas, the backward construction technology and the lack of systematic and effective heat preservation and energy saving system. It not only does not accord with the rural regional characteristics and construction culture, but also causes serious waste of resources and increase of cost. In this paper, the wall materials of rural buildings in hot summer and cold winter area are taken as the research object. Based on the theory of suitability technology, the thermal properties of the wall materials are studied systematically, and the guiding opinions are put forward for the selection and practical application of the materials of the enclosure structure. It provides reference value for promoting the development of building energy saving. In this paper, the wall materials and indoor thermal environment of rural buildings in hot summer and cold winter area are investigated, and the present situation and characteristics of the construction of the materials for rural envelope structures are understood, and according to the literature data suitable for the wall materials of rural buildings, The thermal properties of wall materials are analyzed from the aspects of theoretical analysis and experimental study (heat flux method and infrared thermal imager method). Finally, the theory of heat transfer coefficient of various walls is given. The calculated value and the experimental value are analyzed and analyzed systematically. The research data of the thermal insulation system for rural buildings in hot summer and cold winter will be established, which will provide some guidance for the energy-saving technology of rural buildings in our country. Based on a large number of field investigations, this paper constructs a thermal insulation system suitable for village buildings in hot summer and cold winter area, which is of practical significance and practical value in improving the thermal environment, improving the quality of life and reducing energy consumption in villages and towns.
