【摘要】:钢-混凝土组合梁是用抗剪连接件把混凝土楼板和钢梁连接在一起共同承受外力的结构形式。其可以抵抗板梁交界面处的掀起及相对滑移,与无抗剪连接的钢梁相比,具有可以减小用钢量,增大刚度、稳定性和整体性等优点。它可以充分发挥混凝土的抗压性能和钢材的抗拉性能,是具有很大的发展空间的结构形式之一,具有良好的发展前景。近年,主流的组合梁计算模型是钢梁上翼缘加有一定宽度楼板的形式构成的,研究方法既有理论推导又有试验研究。利用已有试验,通过对组合梁截面的合理简化有效模拟抗剪件的连接程度,基于简化模型建立组合梁框架整体模型进行有限元分析,将大大降低建模和整体分析难度。本研究旨在提出新的组合梁简化模型,以便为组合梁的研究与设计提供合理的依据,具有理论意义和应用价值。主要研究内容如下: (1)为了构成简化模型的雏形,首先分析既往研究成果中的折减刚度、有效宽度以及等效截面等计算方法,提出有望较好反映组合梁截面刚度和抗弯强度的简化计算设想,,以便用于三维钢框架有限元分析。 (2)参照已有试验,利用ABAQUS平台创建钢框架模型,为了验证有限元模型的准确性,采用理论计算方法算得无楼板时框架梁在均布荷载作用下的跨中应力和挠度,并与有限元分析结果对比。在此基础上,进一步分析三维整体框架中的钢梁在均布荷载作用下的应力、应变、挠度和侧向位移。 (3)采用简化模型进行整体框架受力性能分析,通过与试验对比验证简化模型的合理性和有效性,讨论等效钢板的厚度与混凝土楼板和钢梁的抗剪连接程度的关系,分析板厚度和梁跨度变化时对框架梁受力性能的影响。
[Abstract]:Steel concrete composite beam is the concrete slabs and steel beams connected together to form the connection structure under external force. The anti shear resistance of plate beam can be lifted at the interface and the relative slip and shear connection steel compared, can reduce the amount of steel, increase the stiffness, stability and overall advantages etc. it can give full play to the tensile properties of concrete and compressive strength of steel, is one of the structure has very large development space, has good prospects for development. In recent years, the mainstream of the calculation model of composite beam is composed of the upper flange of the steel beam with a certain width of the slab form, both theory and research methods experimental study. By using the existing test, effectively simulate the degree of shear connection pieces by rational simplification of composite beams, simplified model of composite beam frame model based on finite element analysis, The difficulty of modeling and overall analysis will be greatly reduced. The purpose of this study is to propose a new simplified model of composite beams, so as to provide a reasonable basis for the research and design of composite beams, which has theoretical significance and application value.
(1) to a simplified model of the prototype, the first analysis of the previous research results in reduced stiffness, effective width and equivalent cross section calculation method proposed is expected to reflect the simplified stiffness and flexural strength of composite beams is calculated for vision, 3D steel frame finite element analysis.
(2) according to the existing test, create a steel frame model with ABAQUS platform, in order to verify the accuracy of finite element model, the theoretical calculation method is no floor frame beams under uniform load. The mid span deflection and stress, and compared with the results of finite element analysis. On this basis, further analysis of the framework of three-dimensional the steel beam under uniform load. The stress, strain, deflection and lateral displacement.
(3) the performance analysis framework of the simplified mechanical model, and through the comparison and verification of the rationality and validity of the simplified model, discuss the degree of shear connection between the equivalent thickness of the steel plate and the concrete slab and steel beam, impact on the performance of frame beams of plate thickness and beam span variations.
