公路工程监理企业诚信评价研究

【摘要】：摘要：公路工程监理企业作为公路工程建设的主体之一,在规范建筑市场秩序、确保工程质量、进度和投资等方面起了重要作用。但现行的公路工程监理企业诚信评价体系还不健全。本文结合公路工程监理企业特点,通过问卷调查与理论总结,对公路工程监理诚信评价进行了相对完善的研究。本文首先分析了公路工程监理企业诚信评价的内涵,总结了诚信评价相关理论,作为研究的基础；其次,分析了对我国公路工程监理企业诚信评价的必要性,研究了国内一些地区和美国、英国信用管理的先进做法；接着系统地构建了监理企业诚信评价指标,并建立了诚信评价模糊综合评价模型,并以GT公司为例进行了实证分析；最后,提出了完善诚信评价的建议。本文主要研究内容如下： (1)借鉴国内外企业诚信评价的研究成果,从投标诚信、履约诚信、行业评价、银行诚信、诚信环境、社会评价六个方面构建了公路工程监理企业诚信评价指标体系,确定了各个指标的权重和诚信评价等级。 (2)建立公路工程监理企业评价模型。在对传统的诚信评价方法进行分析之后,结合本文的需要构建了公路工程监理企业诚信模糊综合评价模型。 (3)运用模糊综合评价法对GT公路工程监理公司进行了诚信评价,验证了监理企业诚信评价指标体系和评价模型的可行性和有效性。 (4)结合我国现行的公路工程监理企业诚信评价现状,对诚信评价在公路工程监理企业管理中的应用提出了相应建议。图1幅,表17个,参考文献55篇。
[Abstract]:Abstract: as one of the main bodies of highway engineering construction, highway engineering supervision enterprises are standardizing the order of the construction market and ensuring the engineering quality. Progress and investment have played an important role. However, the current credit evaluation system of highway engineering supervision enterprises is not perfect. This paper combines the characteristics of highway engineering supervision enterprises, through questionnaire survey and theoretical summary, The integrity evaluation of highway engineering supervision is studied in this paper. This paper first analyzes the connotation of highway engineering supervision enterprise credit evaluation, summarizes the theory of credit evaluation, as the basis of the research, secondly, analyzes the necessity of the highway engineering supervision enterprise credit evaluation in our country. This paper studies the advanced methods of credit management in some regions of China and the United States and Britain, then systematically constructs the credit evaluation index of supervision enterprises, and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of credit evaluation, and takes GT Company as an example to carry on the empirical analysis. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the integrity evaluation. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) draw lessons from the research results of credit evaluation of domestic and foreign enterprises, and construct the credit evaluation index system of highway engineering supervision enterprises from six aspects: bidding honesty, performance integrity, industry evaluation, bank credit, credit environment and social evaluation. The weight of each index and the grade of credit evaluation are determined. 2) establishing the evaluation model of highway engineering supervision enterprise. After analyzing the traditional credit evaluation method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of highway engineering supervision enterprise is built according to the need of this paper. 3) A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the integrity of GT highway engineering supervision company, which verifies the feasibility and validity of the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the integrity of supervision enterprises. Combined with the present situation of credit evaluation of highway engineering supervision enterprises in our country, the paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions on the application of credit evaluation in highway engineering supervision enterprises, with 1 figure, 17 tables and 55 references.
