长沙太平街街道色彩环境提质改造研究

【摘要】：城市色彩环境作为城市景观规划的一部分,是城市面貌和文化的重要体现。近年来,随着城市经济的飞速发展,各种户外广告和公共设施的更新和遍布,造成许多城市中街区色彩混乱现象明显,对现存的历史文化街道的影响尤为严重。在这一背景下,本文对长沙太平街历史文化街道色彩进行研究,为提升太平街历史文化街道的形象,传承历史文化气息,制定合理的街道色彩整改方案。论文通过对城市色彩规划的总体发展和中国城市色彩现状的分析,结合色彩相关理论知识,提出城市色彩应结合当地人文色彩传统,避免户外广告招牌和设施等色彩的随意使用,注重城市整体色彩环境的统一和变化有序。通过对长沙太平街街区色彩景观进行实地考察和分析,发现其存在广告招牌色彩及造型凌乱、公共设施风格不一致、店面装修与街区文化形象不协调以及政府相关部门缺少相应的管理等问题。提出太平街户外设施应普遍采用黑色、棕色系原木质材料,广告及招牌色彩应避免使用明度和彩度过高的颜色,并且需要与太平街建筑的材质和色调协调统一；相关政府部门应加强监督和制定有效的控制管理办法,规范户外广告的的大小、色系,统一招牌体量和色彩搭配,避免采用大量不符合街道整体色彩的公共设施；普及民众的色彩知识,避免因个人喜好随意选择色彩等整改方案和措施。最终实现太平街街道整体色彩景观符合其历史、人文环境,使传统色彩与现代商业色彩在街道中统一、协调,展现太平街街区的历史文化特色。
[Abstract]:A part of city color environment as the city landscape planning, is an important manifestation of the city landscape and culture. In recent years, with the rapid development of city economy, all kinds of outdoor advertising and public facilities and updated throughout, many city blocks caused by color confusion obvious effect on the existing historical and cultural street is particularly serious in this. A background, this paper focuses on the research of Changsha Taiping historical and cultural street color, to enhance the Taiping historical and cultural street image, inheriting historical and cultural atmosphere, establish reasonable Street color rectification program.
Analysis of the overall development of city color planning and China city color situation, combined with the color theory, the city color should be combined with local cultural color tradition, avoid outdoor advertising signs and facilities such as color free to use, pay attention to the unity and change of city overall color environment orderly. Based on the Changsha Taiping Street color landscape field investigation and analysis, found that the existence of advertising signs of color and shape style messy, public facilities are not consistent, store decoration and block the cultural image of coordination and the relevant government departments lack of corresponding management. Put forward the Taiping Street outdoor facilities should be widely used in the original black and brown wood materials, advertising and signage should avoid color the use of high brightness and saturation of color, and the need for and the Taiping Street building material and color coordination of relevant government departments; We should strengthen the supervision and control of formulating effective measures for the administration of outdoor advertising, standard size, color, uniform signs volume and color collocation, avoid the use of a large number of streets do not meet the overall color of public facilities; popularization of people's knowledge of color, avoid personal preferences at random choose color rectification plan and measures. Finally the Taiping Street whole street color landscape with its historical and cultural environment, the traditional color and modern commercial color uniform, in the streets in coordination, Taiping Street show the historical and cultural characteristics.
