【摘要】：论文首先界定了城市秩序的基本概念，阐述了什么是城市秩序，应当从哪几个方面研究和探讨城市秩序。然后从当代中国城市秩序中存在的问题出发，厘清并发掘中国历代传统城市发展演变所内在的秩序与规律，探讨城市中蕴含与映射出的中国传统思想文化，比较不同地域的城市特征，并引入当代欧美国家城市秩序相关研究成果。以古为今用，西为中用作为主要技术路线，中学为体，西学为用。总结归纳并比较城市秩序演进的阶段，各阶段特征以及城市秩序构成要素的变化，在此基础上分层面阐述当代中国城市秩序的基本原理，并提出基于基本原理的当代中国城市秩序重构策略。本文主要创新点有以下三方面：第一，界定城市秩序的概念。本文研究的城市秩序，是指城市发展的规律性法则，包括城市的基本形态，城市的内在逻辑性，城市的结构关联性。城市的复杂性决定了必然需要从不同层面界定城市秩序：从形态层面而言，是指城市的形制、分区与核心结构；从生态层面而言，是指城市的规模、城市内外对自然环境的态度与处理方式；从人文层面而言，是指城市的制度、文化与空间伦理；从生活层面而言，是指城市从公共生活空间到私人居住空间、以及不同功能空间的组织安排；从区域层面而言，是指城市等级序列、城市职能分工与协作以及区域性设施建设与环境保护模式。第二，总结归纳并比较城市秩序演进的阶段，各阶段特征以及城市秩序构成要素的变化，在此基础上分层面阐述当代中国城市秩序的基本原理。从形态秩序、生态秩序、人文秩序、生活秩序、区域秩序五个层面，厘清城市秩序的演进历程，比较各发展阶段、不同地域、不同文化思想和不同当代研究视角下城市秩序构成要素的变化。并进一步分层面阐述当代中国城市秩序的基本原理，主要是从生态秩序、人文秩序、生活秩序、区域秩序四个层面进行论述。第三，基于当代城市秩序基本原理，从生态秩序、人文秩序、生活秩序和区域秩序四个层面，建立当代城市秩序框架，纳入各层面构成要素，提出重构当代中国城市秩序的策略。重构城市的生态秩序，包括城市规模的生态界定，城市与外部山水的互动，城市内部的自然生态三方面内容；重构城市的人文秩序，包括空间伦理下的城市治理，，城市精神、功能与形态的礼乐和鸣，城市文脉的保护与延续三方面内容；重构城市的生活秩序，包括以人为本的城市功能布局，城市多元公共空间塑造，人性化的城市空间尺度三方面内容；重构城市的区域秩序，包括名副其实的城市等级序列，网络体系中的城市职能分工，综合性或专业化的城市发展方式，公共设施建设与生态环境保护的区域协调四方面内容。
[Abstract]:This paper first defines the basic concept of urban order, expounds what urban order is, and from which aspects we should study and discuss urban order, and then proceed from the problems existing in contemporary Chinese urban order. To clarify and explore the order and law inherent in the development and evolution of Chinese traditional cities in the past dynasties, to explore the Chinese traditional ideology and culture contained and mapped out in cities, and to compare the urban characteristics of different regions. And introduces the contemporary European and American countries urban order related research results. Take the past for the present, the west for the middle use as the main technical line, the middle school for the body, the western study for the use. Summarizes and compares the city order evolution stage, Based on the analysis of the characteristics of each stage and the change of the elements of urban order, this paper expounds the basic principles of contemporary Chinese urban order and puts forward the reconstruction strategy of contemporary Chinese urban order based on the basic principle. The main innovations of this paper are as follows:. First, define the concept of urban order. The urban order studied in this paper refers to the law of urban development, including the basic form of the city, the inherent logic of the city. The complexity of the city determines the necessity to define the urban order from different levels: from the morphological level, it refers to the shape of the city, zoning and core structure; from the ecological level, it refers to the scale of the city. From the angle of humanity, it refers to the system, culture and space ethics of the city; from the aspect of life, it refers to the city from the public living space to the private living space. From the regional level, it refers to the city hierarchy, urban function division and cooperation, regional facilities construction and environmental protection model. Secondly, it summarizes and compares the stages of urban order evolution, the characteristics of each stage and the changes of urban order elements. On this basis, it expounds the basic principles of contemporary urban order in China from the aspects of morphological order and ecological order. Human order, life order and regional order are five levels to clarify the evolution of urban order, compare different stages of development, different regions, The changes of the elements of urban order under different cultural thoughts and different contemporary research perspectives. The basic principles of urban order in contemporary China are further expounded in terms of ecological order, humanistic order, and order of life. Four levels of regional order are discussed. Thirdly, based on the basic principles of contemporary urban order, from the four levels of ecological order, humanistic order, life order and regional order, the framework of contemporary urban order is established and the elements of each level are included. This paper puts forward the strategies of reconstructing the urban order in contemporary China, including the ecological definition of the scale of the city, the interaction between the city and the external landscape, the natural ecology within the city, the reconstruction of the humanistic order of the city, and the reconstruction of the ecological order of the city. It includes three aspects: urban governance under space ethics, urban spirit, ritual and music harmony of function and form, protection and continuation of urban context, reconstruction of urban order of life, including people-oriented layout of urban functions. Three aspects of urban plural public space shaping, humanized urban spatial scale, reconstructing the regional order of the city, including the real city rank sequence, the urban function division of labor in the network system, Comprehensive or specialized urban development mode, public facilities construction and ecological environment protection of the four aspects of regional coordination.
