杭州西湖区城市边缘区空间演变及机制研究

【摘要】：伴随着城市化的快速发展,城市功能外溢,空间向郊区蔓延,城市边缘区作为城市与乡村功能交接区域,成为城市空间扩展影响最敏感的地区。由于中心城区与边缘区土地利用方式不同、利益主体不同、形成发展机制差异等,边缘区在错综复杂的关系中其空间形态不断发生变化,其呈现的问题也愈加复杂。对于城市边缘区的空间扩展过程和机制以及边缘区问题的根源探究,已成为目前学者们研究的热点。西湖区作为杭州市的重要组成部分,其城市化推进和城市空间扩展在近年不断加快,对西湖区城市边缘区的研究有利于西湖区实现城乡统筹与“五位一体”,促进城乡协调发展。本文在大量文献阅读的基础上,首先对国内外城市边缘区的定义、判定方法、空间类型以及空间演变理论分别进行总结,明确本次边缘区研究的定义主体以及目前主要边缘区界定方法的优缺点,为多要素边缘区空间判定方法提供了支撑。接着详细介绍了基于多要素分析的边缘区空间判定方法,并以此方法对西湖区城市边缘区的空间范围进行界定。然后在边缘区判定结果的基础上,从西湖区城市边缘区空间演变特征、西湖区城市边缘区空间类型和西湖区边缘区空间预测三个方面,对西湖区空间格局演变进行分析。最后从动力机制、支撑机制和协调机制三个方面,总结杭州城市边缘区在2000-2010年间的空间演变机制。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, urban function spillover, the spread of space to the suburbs, urban fringe as the interface between urban and rural areas, become the most sensitive area of urban spatial expansion.Due to the difference of land use mode between the central urban area and the marginal area, the difference of the main body of interest and the difference of the development mechanism, the spatial form of the marginal area is constantly changing in the complicated relationship, and the problems presented are becoming more and more complex.The research on the process and mechanism of spatial expansion and the root causes of the problem of urban fringe has become a hot topic for scholars at present.As an important part of Hangzhou City, the West Lake District has been accelerating its urbanization and urban space expansion in recent years. The study of the urban fringe area in the West Lake region is conducive to the realization of urban and rural planning and "five in one" in the West Lake region.We will promote coordinated development between urban and rural areas.On the basis of reading a lot of literature, this paper first summarizes the definition, judgment method, spatial type and spatial evolution theory of urban fringe area at home and abroad.The definition subject of this study and the advantages and disadvantages of the main edge zone definition methods at present provide the support for the spatial decision method of the multi-element edge area.Then, the spatial decision method of edge area based on multi-factor analysis is introduced in detail, and the spatial range of urban fringe area in West Lake region is defined by this method.Then on the basis of the judgment results of the marginal region, the spatial evolution characteristics of the urban fringe area in the West Lake region, the spatial types of the urban fringe area in the West Lake region and the spatial prediction of the edge area in the West Lake region are analyzed.Finally, from three aspects of dynamic mechanism, support mechanism and coordination mechanism, the spatial evolution mechanism of Hangzhou urban fringe area from 2000 to 2010 is summarized.
