城市综合交通规划效能评价

【摘要】:近年来,随着人们对交通要求的不断提高,发展现代综合交通运输体系,构建综合交通网络成为新时期交通发展的主要特征。 为了促进综合交通的持续发展,针对综合交通规划方案的评价,本文首先探讨了关于城市综合交通规划及综合交通规划评价的相关理论知识。在此基础上,针对综合交通规划方案评价的目的和作用,构建城市综合交通规划方案评价指标体系,然后分别用模糊综合评价和灰色关联度评价方法对方案可实施性和方案预期实施效果进行评价,将两种方法的评价结果组合,得到综合评价值。最后,结合济南综合交通运输体系,运用本文提出的评价指标体系和评价方法进行实例研究。 结果表明,本文观点和方法具有一定的可操作性,对以后综合交通规划评价有一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of traffic requirements, the development of modern integrated transportation system and the construction of integrated transportation network have become the main characteristics of traffic development in the new period.In order to promote the sustainable development of integrated traffic planning, this paper first discusses the relevant theoretical knowledge of urban integrated traffic planning and comprehensive traffic planning evaluation.On this basis, in view of the purpose and function of comprehensive traffic planning scheme evaluation, the evaluation index system of urban integrated traffic planning scheme is constructed.Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey relational degree evaluation are used to evaluate the implementability of the scheme and the expected implementation effect of the scheme, and the evaluation results of the two methods are combined to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value.Finally, combined with Jinan comprehensive transportation system, the evaluation index system and evaluation method proposed in this paper are used to carry on the case study.The results show that the views and methods of this paper are operable and can be used as a reference for the evaluation of comprehensive traffic planning in the future.
