VRV空调室外机周围环境气流模拟及实验研究

【摘要】:变制冷剂流量空调系统(VRV, Variable Refrigerant Volume)以其控制方便,布置灵活,节能等优点越来越广泛的应用在各类建筑中。而对于风冷式变制冷剂流量空调系统,室外机进排风温度直接影响到空调系统运行能耗,因此确保室外机的进排风温度和速度,室外机使达到高效换热效果,才能保证空调机组高能效比运行。所以,研究室外机运行与其周围环境的换热情况并优化空调室外机布置,对指导工程设计以及建筑节能有重要意义。 本文以潍坊阳光大厦为例,采用k-ε双方程模型,针对大厦夏季室外机进排风温度升高、冬季进排风温度减低的问题,利用Fluent公司推出的专业软件Airpak3.0进行模拟研究。首先,对CFD计算原理和方法从数学理论的角度进行全面阐述,,并通过对模拟结果和实测结果的比较,验证用这种模拟方法对实际工程模拟的可行性;其次,通过理论估算得机房百叶倾角和百叶开率范围,模拟不同百叶倾角下室外机周围环境并验证理论计算结果,确定了最佳改造方案;最后,从百叶倾角、百叶开口率、室外风环境等情况下,确定影响室外机进排风温度升高的主要因素,并根据实际工程总结出多联机机房的设计要点。
[Abstract]:Variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system, Variable Refrigerant volume, has been widely used in various buildings with its advantages of convenient control, flexible layout and energy saving.For the air-cooled variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system, the inlet and exhaust air temperature of the outdoor unit directly affects the energy consumption of the air conditioning system, so as to ensure the inlet and outlet air temperature and speed of the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit can achieve high efficiency heat transfer effect.In order to ensure the operation of high energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning unit.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the heat transfer of outdoor unit and its surrounding environment and optimize the layout of outdoor air conditioning unit for guiding engineering design and building energy conservation.In this paper, taking Weifang Sunshine Building as an example, using k- 蔚 two-equation model, aiming at the problem of the increase of inlet and outlet air temperature of outdoor unit in summer and the decrease of inlet and outlet air temperature in winter, a simulation study is carried out by using Airpak3.0, a professional software developed by Fluent Company.Firstly, the principle and method of CFD calculation are expounded from the point of view of mathematical theory, and the feasibility of using this simulation method to simulate the actual engineering is verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured results.Based on the theoretical estimation of the range of louver inclination and shutter opening rate in the machine room, the surrounding environment of the outdoor unit under different shutter inclination angles is simulated and the theoretical calculation results are verified, and the best reconstruction scheme is determined. Finally, from the angle of the louver inclination, the opening rate of the shutter,In the case of outdoor wind environment, the main factors influencing the rising of outdoor air temperature are determined, and the design points of multi-on-line machine room are summarized according to the actual project.
