赤泥轻质保温材料的制备与试验研究

【摘要】:以赤泥、粉煤灰、石英砂等为主要原材料,经掺加物理泡沫、浇注、煅烧等工艺制备了赤泥轻质保温材料,研究了煅烧温度及升温速率对其性能的影响;利用扫描电子显微镜观察其微观形貌,并探讨其烧结机理.结果表明:在最佳煅烧温度1 150℃,最佳升温速率6℃/min条件下制备的赤泥轻质保温材料,其堆积密度为527kg/m3,收缩率为5.7%,抗压强度和抗折强度分别为3.4MPa和2.2MPa,导热系数为0.105W/(m·K),孔隙率(体积分数)为33.61%.
[Abstract]:Using red mud, fly ash and quartz sand as main raw materials, red mud light heat preservation materials were prepared by adding physical foam, pouring and calcination. The effects of calcination temperature and heating rate on the properties of red mud were studied.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the microstructure and the mechanism of sintering was discussed.The results showed that the red mud light heat preservation material was prepared at the optimum calcination temperature of 1 150 鈩,
