西北地区大型公共建筑可持续性评价系统研究

【摘要】:近年来随着我国经济社会的快速发展,城市化进程加快,大型公共建筑的比例迅速增加,规模不断扩大,是城市现代化程度的重要标志之一。它不仅在公共服务及社会管理方面发挥巨大的作用,同时对城市建筑的设计与运行具有“样板”作用。尽管大型公建比例小但能耗高,并且存在病态建筑综合症等诸多问题,尤其针对西北地区等发展中地区,发展可持续建筑成为必然选择。目前存在的问题是缺乏针对西北地域特点的科学有效的大型公建可持续性评价工具,使大型公建的可持续性难以准确度量,,不利有效指导建设具有可持续性建筑物,因此对于西北地区大型公共建筑可持续评价方法与技术的研究显得尤为迫切。 针对上述问题,综合考虑西北地区经济发展、自然资源、生态环境等典型因素,构建了包含生态环境与资源消耗、建筑环境质量、建筑性能、运营与管理及社会与经济效益五个关键维度的指标体系,设计了大型公建可持续性参数监测系统,使用多变量建模方法,基于递进阶梯层次模型结构,建立了西北地区大型公建可持续性评价模型;并分析了环境、社会、资源、建筑业现状四方面与以上指标体系的相互关系,从而确定其地域影响因子权重、量化因子,得出大型公建可持续性整体地域影响权重;结合由统筹熵权法确定的整个西北地区权重体系,得出西北五省的大型公建可持续评价权重体系,进而实现对西北地区大型公建可持续性的客观、准确评价。 本研究建立了西北五省的大型公建可持续性模型,实现了对定量可持续性指标的监测及定性指标的定量分析研究,为西北地区大型公共建筑的可持续性评价提供了可靠的方法,促进可持续性大型公共建筑在西北地区的推广应用,为节能、健康且具有整体“可持续性”的大型公建的实现,提供了理论依据和实践指导。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the urbanization process is quickened, the proportion of large-scale public buildings is increasing rapidly, and the scale is constantly expanding, which is one of the important symbols of the degree of urban modernization.It not only plays a great role in public service and social management, but also plays a "role model" in the design and operation of urban buildings.Although the proportion of large public construction is small, the energy consumption is high, and there are many problems such as sick building syndrome, especially for the developing areas such as the northwest region, the development of sustainable building becomes the inevitable choice.The existing problem is the lack of scientific and effective tools for evaluating the sustainability of large-scale public construction, which makes it difficult to accurately measure the sustainability of large-scale public construction and effectively guides the construction of sustainable buildings.Therefore, it is urgent to study the sustainable evaluation methods and techniques of large public buildings in Northwest China.In view of the above problems, considering the typical factors such as economic development, natural resources, ecological environment and so on in Northwest China, the paper constructs a system that includes ecological environment and resource consumption, building environment quality, building performance, etc.Based on the index system of five key dimensions of operation and management and social and economic benefits, this paper designs a large-scale public building sustainability parameter monitoring system, and uses multivariable modeling method, based on the stepwise hierarchical model structure.The evaluation model of large-scale public construction sustainability in Northwest China is established, and the relationship between environment, society, resources, construction status and the above index system is analyzed, so as to determine the weight and quantification factors of the regional influence factors, such as the environment, the society, the resources and the present situation of the construction industry.The overall regional influence weight of the sustainability of large-scale public construction is obtained. Combined with the weight system of the whole northwest region determined by the entropy weight method, the weight system of the large-scale public construction sustainability evaluation in the five northwest provinces is obtained.Furthermore, the objective and accurate evaluation of the sustainability of large-scale public construction in Northwest China is realized.This study has established the sustainability model of large-scale public construction in five provinces of Northwest China, realized the quantitative monitoring and quantitative analysis of quantitative sustainability index, and provided a reliable method for the sustainability evaluation of large-scale public buildings in Northwest China.Promoting the popularization and application of sustainable large-scale public buildings in Northwest China provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the realization of large-scale public buildings with energy saving, health and overall "sustainability".
