延安新区城市规划设计中GIS技术应用研究

【摘要】：近年来，地理信息系统（GIS）作为一种新兴技术在各个行业的应用越来越广泛，其中城市规划领域也在不断探索。在城市规划领域GIS偏重于城市规划管理方向而在城市规划设计方面的应用相对较少，大部分仅是针对规划设计中出现某些问题使用GIS进行分析、评价。造成这种现状的原因有很多，其中技术因素也是一个重要原因之一。所以探索GIS技术在城市规划设计方面的应用问题是当前研究的一个重要课题。本文以延安新区规划设计为例，利用GIS技术，重点研究了在新区规划设计中的具体应用，以达到提高规划设计质量、增加设计的科学含量和合理性、提高工作效率的目的。本文首先分析了国内外GIS在城市规划领域应用的研究现状，在此基础上，结合目前普遍采用的基于CAD技术的城市规划设计方法，来比较应用GIS技术的城市规划设计方法，分析了引入GIS技术给城市规划设计带来的变化，总结出利用GIS技术城市规划设计的优点；其次，在理论方面，重点介绍城市规划设计中常用的空间处理技术，如空间数据的类型、组织结构、输入与编辑、空间分析功能以及空间数据库等，作为对问题研究不可缺少的理论基础；最后，在实践方面，以延安新区城市规划设计为例，具体分析了延安新区规划设计中的难点问题，并提出相应对策。进而对新区规划的一系列问题进行空间信息分析，建立相应的空间处理模型，将GIS技术的空间分析和3D分析技术融入规划设计过程中，开展了适用于城市规划设计方法的一系列技术实践，如：基地现状环境分析、地形改造、城市建设用地适宜性评价、水文分析、可视性分析、三维成果的显示等。GIS技术的运用帮助解决了延安新区在规划设计时遇到的众多难题，，改变了规划师过度依赖主观经验判断指导规划工作的状况，使规划设计具有更科学定量化的分析手段，对延安新区的规划建设有重要的参考价值。延安新区城市规划设计中GIS技术的应用是对基于GIS技术的城市规划设计的一次尝试性探索，为GIS技术支持下的规划设计工作方法及应用思路的更新完善提供参考和建议。希望在不久的将来GIS技术能够在城市规划设计领域进入深层次的运用，能在推动规划设计的合理性和高效率、规划决策的科学性等各方面发挥越来越重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Geographic Information system (GIS), as a new technology, has been used more and more widely in various industries, among which the field of urban planning has been continuously explored. In the field of urban planning, GIS is more focused on the direction of urban planning management than in the field of urban planning and design. Most of the problems in urban planning and design are analyzed and evaluated by GIS. There are many reasons for this status quo, among which the technical factor is one of the important reasons. Therefore, to explore the application of GIS technology in urban planning and design is an important research topic. Taking the planning and design of Yan'an New area as an example, this paper focuses on the application of GIS technology in the planning and design of the new area, in order to improve the quality of the planning and design, increase the scientific content and rationality of the design, and improve the working efficiency. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of GIS application in the field of urban planning at home and abroad. On the basis of this, combining with the widely used methods of urban planning and design based on CAD technology, this paper compares the methods of urban planning and design using GIS technology. This paper analyzes the changes brought about by the introduction of GIS technology to urban planning and design, and summarizes the advantages of using GIS technology in urban planning and design. Secondly, in theory, it focuses on introducing the spatial processing technology commonly used in urban planning and design. Such as the types of spatial data, organizational structure, input and editing, spatial analysis function and spatial database, as an indispensable theoretical basis for the study of the problem; finally, in practice, taking the urban planning and design of Yan'an New District as an example, This paper analyzes the difficult problems in the planning and design of Yan'an New area and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Then a series of problems in the new area planning are analyzed, and the corresponding spatial processing model is established. The spatial analysis and 3D analysis of GIS technology are integrated into the planning and design process. A series of technical practices applicable to urban planning and design methods are carried out, such as: environmental analysis of base status, terrain reconstruction, suitability evaluation of urban construction land, hydrological analysis, visibility analysis, The application of GIS technology helps to solve many problems encountered in the planning and design of Yan'an New area, and changes the situation that planners rely excessively on subjective experience judgment to guide the planning work. It has important reference value for the planning and construction of Yan'an New District. The application of GIS technology in the urban planning and design of Yan'an New District is an attempt to explore the urban planning and design based on GIS technology, which provides references and suggestions for updating and perfecting the working methods and application ideas of planning and design under the support of GIS technology. It is hoped that in the near future, GIS technology can be used in the field of urban planning and design at a deeper level and play an increasingly important role in promoting the rationality and efficiency of planning and design, and in the scientific decision-making of planning.
