城市设计视角下的我国城市商业综合体临街界面空间设计研究

【摘要】：城市商业综合体是经济全球化、土地集约化的必然产物,是一种以商业为主体,结合办公、酒店、居住、文化、娱乐等多种功能为一体的建筑形式。这种建筑形式可以提高土地资源的合理利用,协调周边资源,使城市公共设施更广泛地被共享。相比传统的建筑形式,城市商业综合体除了对土地的使用更加集约外,对交通的组织以及对工作效率的提高也很有效,并且在与城市交通、空间以及场所上的衔接要求较高。临街界面空间就像一座城市的“软骨”,缓和了建筑与城市之间的冲击力,又将两者有机地结合起来,是整合建筑自身各功能的重要工具,也是连接建筑与城市的重要纽带。城市商业综合体作为综合性较强的建筑,其临街界面空间对于建筑自身与城市的意义更加巨大,在整合建筑自身空间以及衔接建筑与城市方面肩负的任务也更加艰巨。充分利用临街界面空间不仅可以协调城市商业综合体中各子功能的关系,还可以促进建筑与城市的有机结合。本文从城市设计的角度出发,在分析了研究的相关概念以及国内外研究现状的基础上,总结了城市设计对于城市商业综合体临街界面空间设计的意义,尝试将城市设计的方法和原则应用到城市商业综合体临街界面空间设计的研究中。其次,本文总结了我国城市商业综合体临街界面空间的历史发展和现状问题,并从城市设计的角度分析、归纳了城市商业综合体临街界面空间的空间特征以及在城市中的作用。通过这些分析,作者提出影响我国城市商业综合体与城市整合的主要设计因素：交通因素、空间因素和场所因素,并对这些设计因素的构成要素、空间形式以及设计方法进行分析与总结。最后,文章总结了以城市设计为出发点的城市商业综合体临街界面空间的设计原则和目标,并提出对未来设计的展望。
[Abstract]:Urban commercial complex is the inevitable outcome of economic globalization and land intensification. It is a kind of architectural form with commercial as the main body, office, hotel, residence, culture, entertainment and other functions as a whole. This form of building can improve the rational use of land resources, coordinate the surrounding resources, and make urban public facilities more widely shared. Compared with the traditional building form, the urban commercial complex not only has more intensive use of land, but also has great effect on the organization of traffic and the improvement of work efficiency. Moreover, it is required to link up with urban traffic, space and place. The interface space near the street is like the "cartilage" of a city, which alleviates the impact force between the building and the city, and organically combines the two. It is an important tool to integrate the functions of the building itself, and also an important link between the building and the city. Urban commercial complex as a comprehensive building, its street interface space for the building itself and the significance of the city is more enormous, in the integration of the building of its own space and the connection between the building and the city on the shoulder of the task is more arduous. Making full use of the interfacial space on the street can not only coordinate the relationship of the sub-functions in the urban commercial complex, but also promote the organic combination of the architecture and the city. From the point of view of urban design, this paper summarizes the significance of urban design for the design of urban commercial complex interface space on the basis of analyzing the related concepts of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad. This paper attempts to apply the methods and principles of urban design to the study of interface space design of urban commercial complex. Secondly, this paper summarizes the historical development and present situation of the interface space of the urban commercial complex in China, and analyzes the spatial characteristics of the interfacial space of the commercial complex in the city from the point of view of urban design, and the function of the space in the city. Through these analyses, the author puts forward the main design factors that influence the integration of urban commercial complex and city in China: traffic factor, space factor and place factor, and the constituent factors of these design factors. The spatial form and design method are analyzed and summarized. Finally, the paper summarizes the design principles and objectives of the interface space of the urban commercial complex based on urban design, and puts forward the prospect of the future design.
