高效节能精装一体化外墙预制保温条板的研制

【摘要】:建筑能耗约为一个国家总能耗的30-40%,有效地降低建筑能耗在能源愈见匮乏的今天具有十分重要的现实意义,绿色装配式混凝土建筑、住宅产业化以及建筑工业化已经成为建筑行业不可逆转的大趋势,节能型建筑材料也成为世界各国建筑业所致力研究和开发的重点。 本文提出了设计一种高效节能、防火防水及隔声等性能突出、精装一体化、条板化工厂预制生产并现场快速插接施工的外墙预制保温条板体系——HRP外墙条板体系的概念,对HRP外墙条板进行了基本设计和性能分析优化,并研究了其工业化生产技术。 HRP外墙条板的板体沿其厚度方向设置的内面板、外面板和位于外面板、内面板之间的芯板,外面板、内面板之间通过热断桥结构件连接为一体,杜绝了“冷桥”的出现。同时,两板之间嵌有连续的密封硅胶条,可以阻绝外界空气与室内的交换,减少热量的流失。通过计算,条板的热阻值为2.922m2K/W,其传热系数则为0.342W/(m2·K),达到了75%以上的高效节能目标。 HRP外墙板进行了板型和尺寸、墙板面板砂浆、墙板构造以及生产工艺等优化设计,符合工厂工业化生产的需求,可采用智能化生产线,大规模、标准化生产,大幅度降低生产成本。对条板板型及尺寸进行优化设计,将其宽度定为600mm,厚度及长度可调节,并采用尽量简化合理的排版设计,预留一定的制造和施工偏差。试验研制一种兼顾较好的流动性和较高的强度的砂浆,分别研究了砂子颗粒级配、早强剂掺量、减水剂掺量对砂浆性能的影响,通过正交试验结果分析,选择添加剂中各成分的最佳比例为硫铝酸盐水泥:P.O.42.5:消泡剂:减水剂:硼酸:纤维素醚:早强剂=100:300:0.1:3:0.1:0.05:8。 采用做防火封闭的聚苯板做保温隔热层材料,将聚苯板沿宽度方向预留1-2mm的压缩空间,并在聚苯板基板上四周预留30mm×57mm的空间粘贴改性酚醛防火板。进行防火封堵设计后的条板的防火等级提高,同时不会产生热断桥。 HRP外墙条板两侧设置榫卯式防水构造,将垂直缝转为水平缝,榫卯式防水构造为倾斜45°的菱形斜面,在斜面上设置导流槽,一旦雨水进入可像瓦屋面一样可将水迅速导出;并且在条板的上沿、下沿均有配套的斜面,非常利于防水;条板的四周均设有两道密封条,也有利于防水。 在HRP外墙杀板的四周设置两道密封条,用于墙体密封,同时条板施工完后在与梁连接的地方灌筑密封材料。对条板的隔声性能进行了分析计算,标准板的隔声量为58.85dB,其隔声性能是非常突出的。 HRP外墙条板本身实现了集保温、防火、防水、精装修于一体,同时板体预留适当的尺寸偏差,用工业化的高精度满足现场施工的低精度,板吊装就位后插接拼装到位,施工快捷方便。真石漆类涂料和氟碳漆类等外墙饰面多样化,根据工程需要定制即可。在板的宽度方向预留0.5~1mm的间隙,在板的长度方向预留3~5mm的间隙,并且施工时宜采用“冬留缝、夏顶紧”方式使预留缝隙的尺寸更加合理。 满足HRP外墙条板性能需求的面板砂浆的研制以及面板φ=2mm@40mm钢筋网的配制,使条板的结构受力更加合理。研制了面板专用纤维砂浆,将面板尺寸从50mm减至30mm,大大减轻自重;同时以板长3600mm的标准板为例进行了使用阶段和施工阶段的内力计算和分析,根据其危险截面的控制内力验算了φ=2mm@40mm的钢筋网满足配筋要求。 根据试制试验现场的情况,初步构想设计了HRP外墙条板全自动化生产线、生产工艺各操作步骤工作要点以及生产的包装、储存等注意事项,可满足工业化、标准化、全机械自动化生产的需求。条板自动化生产线分为装模系统、搅拌注浆系统、养护系统和拆模系统,在生产中各个系统位置固定不变,依靠自动化控制系统操作模车在预定轨道上行走完成整个生产流程工艺,尽量减少人工。

This paper puts forward the design of a kind of high efficiency, fireproof, waterproof and sound insulation, integration, the prefabrication of the bar plate chemical plant and the construction of the prefabricated exterior wall, the concept of the HRP exterior wall strip system, the basic design and performance analysis and optimization of the HRP outer wall strip, and the study of its industry. Two seal strips are set around the wall of the HRP exterior wall to seal the wall. At the same time, the sealing material is filled in the place where the beam is connected to the beam. The sound insulation performance of the strip is analyzed and calculated. The sound insulation of the standard plate is 58.85dB, and the sound insulation performance is very prominent.
HRP outer wall strip itself has achieved heat preservation, fire protection, waterproof, and hardcover repair in one, while the plate body reserved appropriate size deviation, with industrial high precision to meet the low precision of the site construction, the board hoisting in place after inserting and assembling in place, the construction is quick and convenient. The exterior wall decoration of the real stone paint and fluorocarbon paint is diversified, according to the engineering needs The gap between 0.5 and 1mm is reserved in the width of the plate. The gap between 3 and 5mm is reserved in the length direction of the plate, and it is appropriate to use the "winter stay seam, the summer top tight" way to make the size of the reserved slot more reasonable.
The development of the panel mortar to meet the performance requirements of the HRP exterior wall strip and the preparation of the panel =2mm@40mm steel mesh make the structure of the strip more reasonable. The special fiber mortar is developed to reduce the size of the panel from 50mm to 30mm, and the self weight is greatly reduced. At the same time, the application stage and construction stage of the standard plate with the plate length 3600mm are taken as an example. According to the internal force calculation and analysis, according to the control internal force of the dangerous section, the steel mesh of the =2mm@40mm is checked to meet the requirements of reinforcement.
According to the situation of trial production site, this paper preliminarily designs and designs the fully automated production line of HRP outer wall strip, the main points of the operation steps of the production process, the packing and storage of production, which can meet the needs of industrialization, standardization and fully mechanized automatic production. The strip automation production line is divided into the molding system and the mixing grouting system. The maintenance system and the dismantling system are fixed in each system position in the production, and the automatic control system operates on the predetermined track to complete the whole production process technology by the automatic control system, and minimise the manpower.
