混凝土低温力学性能及试验方法

【摘要】:比较两种现有混凝土低温力学性能试验方法,研究了低温对相同含水率的混凝土力学性能影响。结果表明:将已达目标温度的试件置于室温进行力学性能测试,会导致试件温度分布不均,很难准确反映目标温度所对应的混凝土低温力学特性,而在低温环境中进行低温力学性能测试更为合理。混凝土低温抗压强度增量会随温度降低而增长;劈裂强度增量则在-40~-80℃范围内出现极大值。在含水率相同情况下,胶凝材料比例差异对混凝土低温劈裂强度影响远大于抗压强度。
[Abstract]:The effects of low temperature on the mechanical properties of concrete with the same moisture content were studied by comparing the two test methods of low temperature mechanical properties of concrete. The results show that the mechanical properties of the specimens that have reached the target temperature can be measured at room temperature, which will lead to the uneven temperature distribution of the specimen, and it is difficult to accurately reflect the mechanical properties of concrete at low temperature corresponding to the target temperature. It is more reasonable to test the mechanical properties of low temperature in low temperature environment. The increment of low temperature compressive strength of concrete will increase with the decrease of temperature, while the increment of splitting strength will be maximized in the range of -40 ~ 80 鈩,
