基于BIM的施工过程低碳管理数据建模

【摘要】:在国家大力支持和倡导低碳建筑的政策下,高能耗的建筑企业面临着日益增加的压力,急需改变粗放式建设方式,走低碳经济建设之路。施工阶段是全生命周期中资源消耗量和气体排放量最大的一环,,同时也是建筑项目目标和低碳设计的结果。那么在当前低碳生活的环境中,建筑企业需要对施工过程碳排放进行监管,并采取相应措施。 本文针对施工过程低碳管理目标,从以下方面展开。首先分析施工过程低碳管理研究现状及研究的必要性,提出信息技术即BIM技术是实现低碳管理的重要手段。通过研究施工过程低碳管理的信息流程和BIM技术的特性,建立施工过程低碳管理集成框架,为实现低碳管理建立理论基础。其次,分析实现施工过程低碳管理的数据体系,系统地阐述满足碳排放可视化、低碳成本、碳排放分析的数据需求;同时详细阐述相应数据的获取以及整理,使其符合模型需求,为后续数据建模打下基础。最后论述基于BIM的施工过程低碳管理数据建模,将前述建立的数据体系,结合BIM技术逐步赋予模型,并建立数据之间的关联,集成所有数据形成施工过程低碳管理模型,可以根据不同的需求调用信息以实现数据分析。 文章根据上述施工过程低碳信息集成框架构建了施工过程低碳管理系统,应用BIM技术解决低碳管理信息集成问题。通过施工过程低碳管理系统的运用,实现了施工过程低碳测算可视化、施工过程低碳分析、施工过程成本和低碳同步测算,达到管理施工过程碳排放和优化施工方案的目的。本文对施工过程低碳管理的探讨为碳排放管理研究进行了补充,为日后的深入研究打下基础。
[Abstract]:Under the policy of supporting and advocating the low-carbon construction, the construction enterprises with high energy consumption are facing increasing pressure, so it is urgent to change the extensive construction mode and the road of low-carbon economy construction. The construction stage is the largest resource consumption and gas emission in the whole life cycle, and it is also the result of the construction project goal and low-carbon design. In the current low-carbon living environment, construction enterprises need to regulate the construction process of carbon emissions, and take appropriate measures. This paper aims at the low-carbon management target of the construction process, from the following aspects. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status and necessity of low carbon management in construction process, and points out that information technology, that is, BIM technology, is an important means to realize low carbon management. By studying the information flow of low carbon management in construction process and the characteristics of BIM technology, the integrated framework of low carbon management in construction process is established, which establishes the theoretical foundation for the realization of low carbon management. Secondly, the data system of low carbon management in construction process is analyzed, and the data requirements of carbon emission visualization, low carbon cost and carbon emission analysis are systematically expounded. At the same time, the acquisition and arrangement of corresponding data are elaborated in detail. Make it meet the requirements of the model and lay the foundation for the subsequent data modeling. Finally, the paper discusses the low carbon management data modeling based on BIM. The data system established above, combined with the BIM technology, is given to the model step by step, and the correlation between the data is established, and all the data are integrated to form the low carbon management model in the construction process. Information can be called according to different requirements to achieve data analysis. According to the construction process low carbon information integration framework, a low carbon management system is constructed in this paper, and BIM technology is used to solve the problem of low carbon management information integration. Through the application of low carbon management system in construction process, the visualization of low carbon measurement in construction process, the analysis of low carbon in construction process, and the simultaneous calculation of construction cost and low carbon are realized. The aim of managing carbon emission during construction and optimizing construction scheme is achieved. The discussion of low carbon management in construction process complements the study of carbon emission management and lays a foundation for further research.
